Atendimento espetacular desde a chegada, recepção e saída. Todos funcionários estão de parabéns. Fui numa segunda um pouco chuvosa e ainda as 18:00 horas conseguimos escolher a mesa na área externa e aproveitar a vista de SP.

O atendimento do Estevans (me desculpe se estiver errado a escrita do nome) foi impecável e nos deixou muito confortável. Ele nos indicou a bebida ideal e os melhores pratos da casa de acordo com nosso gosto. Voltarei com certeza e trarei minha família para conhecer o hotel e restaurante.

Às vezes que fui no Skye Bar fui super bem atendido e com boas recomendações. Os drinks e a vista também são excelentes. Apenas os petiscos e os preços que deixam a desejar.

Entrei no site da Skye e verifiquei que a permanência máxima é de 1hora apenas! Isso está correto?
Para um lugar de alto padrão, que gostaríamos de sentar, comer, beber e apreciar o local tranquilamente, apenas 1hora de permanência?

Fila na recepção, 40 minutos para entra, porém muito bem atendidos, o garçom há 16 anos no lugar e a recepcionista, extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos, coisa que infelizmente não se repetiu quando conseguimos subir. Ao entrar pedimos para ir pra fora, mas não havia vaga, mas q assim que pudessem nos chamariam, percebemos outras pessoas entrando e indo direto pra área externa, mas segundo o site, não há reservas, estranho.
Bebemos, comemos muito bem, o DJ estava muito legal, infelizmente, passeamos no espaço externo e fomos avisados gentilmente que não poderíamos ficar ali pq não tínhamos mesa, sendo que estavam todos de pé, aglomerados e sem mascaras.

Olá Giovanny, Obrigado pelo comentário. Todos os feedbacks são muito importante para nós. Conforme está no site, funcionamos com reservas apenas para hóspedes. Clientes externos são acomodados por ordem de chegada. O que é acontece é que, algumas vezes, um cliente já está acomodado e seus amigos ou convidados chegam e se dirigem à mesa. Isso pode dar uma incorreta impressão de que pessoas estão passando na frente, mas sempre trabalhamos de forma atenta para honrar os clientes que nos prestigiam. Esperamos revê-los em breve.

Lugar lindo e com arquitetura espetacular.

Atendimento é muito bom e realmente vale a pena.

A comida não me surpreendeu. A entrada estava deliciosa porém o prato principal bem fraco. Comemos um cupim com trufas e outros acompanhamentos sem sabor, foi uma pena.

A sobremesa estava boa.

Pode ter sido o dia porém o todo nos faz voltar pois o atendimento estava ótimo.

Depois de alguns meses sem frequentar um dos nosso locais preferidos de São Paulo, eu e minha esposa fomos no dia 21 de agosto de 2021. A princípio, por sermos clientes habitués do local, fizemos uma reserva antecipada, porém o que ouvimos neste momento foi que deveríamos chegar até as 19hs por que a fila de espera girava em torno de 2hs. Como de fato chegamos as 19hs em ponto e o que vimos não chegava nem perto das supostas 2hs de espera, ou seja, tinham uns poucos clientes na fila de espera e quando subimos ao rooftop Skye Bar, concluímos que realmente o que nos fora informado, não passava de marketing para atrair cientes, pq o local estava vazio, com umas poucas mesas ocupadas, mesmo sabendo que existem mesas que se destinam a clientes do hotel, mas que passaram a noite vazias. Classificamos tal atitude desrespeitosa e sem necessidade, porque somos clientes que consumimos bebidas e comidas caras.
Portanto, quem deseja conhecer ou até mesmo voltar a frequentar o SKYE BAR não precisa se preocupar com o acesso, por que não existe isso de fila de 2hs de espera.
O local continua o mesmo, apenas as músicas que a noite inteira - noite inteira sim pq chegamos as 19hs e saímos por volta da meia noite - deixou a deseja, não evoluiu, não tocou uma sequência que o local requer, por ser um local elegante.

Olá Sr. Hilario, Obrigado pelo comentário. Todos os feedbacks são muito importante para nós. Sentimos muito que a sua experiência não tenha sido como imaginou. Durante a pandemia, estamos funcionando com um número reduzido de lugares no bar e no restaurante e não podemos ultrapassar a capacidade permitida de para o local. Por esse motivo, algumas vezes, é formada uma fila no lobby do hotel, que pode variar de acordo com o dia da semana, condições climáticas, quantidade de hóspedes de na casa, entre outros. O nosso objetivo é que todos tenham uma noite agradável e em segurança ao visitarem o nosso restaurante. Desejamos revê-lo em breve.

O bar fica no topo do hotel Unique. Tem uma vista maravilhosa de SP, especialmente em dias ensolarados, pois rende um por do sol lindo. Do lado de fora tem uma piscina e a noite acendem luzes vermelhas, então fica bem bonito. O bar tem opções boas para almoço e jantar, e há bastante de bebidas. Atendimento ótimo. Preço ok.

to whom it may concern:

1) ease off the garlic, you're using waaay too much it.
2) your coffee is DISGUSTING. you might need to change it out because it is not only the worst coffee in sao paulo, it is the worst cup of coffee i have had in recent memory.
3) dont sneak pork into the food. its not funny, its not cute. some of us have allergic sensitivities or religious sensibilities. i felt sick afterward. and all you offer is your condolences. what a middle finger to the customer.
4) this part was just nothing short of a slap to the face - dont round UP the customer's change for them as a separate charge. you literally took my money out of my pocket, without my consent. in the civilized world thats called "theft." you even called it an "extra tip" on your bill. wtf do you feel you deserve that for? I am the customer, it is MY privilege to tip you, not your privilege to take an extra tip from me!

to anyone who is still reading this: in general the food was nothing to write home about. there are plenty of restaurants here in sao paulo that have the same level at about the same price. for something that sells itself as a 5 star restaurant, it only gets 2 stars among its peers. 3 stars in general, if we aren't taking any bets.

i bit my tongue and held my civility, but quietly i was raging. i didnt write this review until i got home and waited a few hours.
