In my experience of many years traveling to Borovets for skiing holidays Balkan PMS offer the most professional and reliable service for all aspects of your holiday. Transfers always on time and in very clean and new vehicles, accommodation always as described and lovely people to do business with. Very highly recommended

This was a very grade taxi.misses anni was very helpful and very friendly.she was there with all of my questions and understanding.the taxi was in his time at the airport and when we love from borovets it was in his time.nothing delayed.very good person the driver friendly i recommend to everyone who need a travel. Having booked previously with Balkan my reveiw is definately very good prompt service, driver was friendly and on time, will definatley use again if visting borovets again.

Anna and the team couldn't do enough to make our stay at The Flora hotel comfortable.

Easy communication, quick response times and timely pick up.
We had a private drop off on our return and that was no trouble at all. All in all, a great, professional service. Was affordable too.
The only (small) thing I would say is that they don't have booster seats for kids. We had children of 8 and they brought along baby car seats which weren't usable. It wasn't a big issue but if you have smaller kids that need a booster I would bring your own.
