After having substandard lessons In the kindergarten at The Rila for our 4 & 6 year old we decided to try SnowMasters for individual lessons to help progress the kids a little more. My 6 year old had Ivan and my 4 year old had Maggie. They were EXCELLENT. The progress my son made was phenomenal after 4 hours of lessons. My son can’t stop talking about how much he loves skiing which was the exact aim of this holiday. Thanks SnowMasters and Ivan and Maggie.

False allegations of missing and damaged equipment. Rude staff member.

Extremely rude female member of staff. Made accusations of damaging equipment and not returning equipment we did not take. We had three sets of skis and two set of poles, as I have my own. We were accused of not returning a third set of poles, which we did not take. We we’re also accused of causing a scratch to the bottom of one set of skis, which I pointed out when we collected the skis from the shop. This was an uncomfortable situation for our party, leaving a bitter taste at the end of a really nice holiday.

srieux et efficace
Serviabilité et sérieux, deux qualités importantes présentes dans cette entreprise de vacances de neige. Ils s'occupent du matériel chaque jour et l'on récupère des chaussures de ski sèches et chaudes chaque matin, un petit plus agréable.Ils proposent le matériel et les services de moniteurs. Les prix sont intéressants, dans la moyenne locale.

Amazing family friendly, great tuition and fun lessons, with excellent service.

What a fantastic ski school! Stumbled across these guys by accident on a Google search. We went with them because they were the most communicable before the trip and tailored everything to meet our needs.
My husband and I took our 6 children (aged 8,10,13,16,17 and 19) for their first ski trip, they’d never touched skis previously. My husband and I had both been once before to the Alps and ski poorly. We were coming for 8 days, we started day one with a family private lesson and then the kids did the 6 day ski school after this and had our last day skiing with no lesson. The school were very helpful at sorting out this package for us, adapting things to help fit out budget. They were really adaptable and we could pay as we went with the things either side incase the skiing became too much energy wise. All our children attended the same lesson and had the most fantastic instructor called Krum. By the end of day 1 they were skiing parallel and by day 4 safely skiing red and black runs, jumping, learning to carve and having a ball. Krum spent a lot of time on their technique and control. He sent us video footage of the children each day and the improvement is really impressive. He was frequently calling out little adjustments that they needed to make with their bodies and technique. They can control their parallels skiing both fast and slow and can make sudden stops at any point without breaking into a parallel. Most importantly though they had such a fun time and enjoyed every moment.
I loved how the School adapted to peoples request through the week. Our youngest became upset on the first day so they kept all the siblings together and Krum worked really hard to bring them all on to the same level. The group then split into 2 with our 16 and 19 year old in the other. They had a ski instructor called Alex and Vladimir later in the week who were also fantastic. The instructors made it great fun, enjoyed and encouraged snowball fights as well as giving such great ski tuition, saftey instructions and teaching an awareness of dos and don’ts on the mountain. There were no moans from the kids, they were just so excited to get skiing each day and made fantastic friends with their group.
Because the school is small it seemed to be very invested in its clients and keen to serve us well. The owners, I think were / are pro snow boarder / skiers and the passion for the sport really comes across. Our children found all of them very inspirational. They appear to select their instructors carefully and well. The equipment was great, well maintained with warm and dry boots each morning. There is a lovely family feel and frequent feedback each day.
My children have told me it is the best holiday they’ve ever been on so thank you Snow Masters, will definitely return next year.

Great service and instructors

We booked our ski hire and lessons with Snow Masters. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. So welcoming, friendly and attentive.

We booked in advance via Daffy and she did a great job making us feel welcome.

The shop is clean and tidy, the equipment is excellent quality and very well looked after and the all the staff were amazing.

The staff looking after the equipment were so efficient and attentive and great with our two girls. If they saw us walking back to the shop with our ski kit they would come out of the shop to help us! Amazing.

The instructors were fantastic. Ivan did an amazing job with our two daughters (first time skiers aged 5 and 9) and my husband and I had a fantastic time being taught by Maggie and Alex. They were all so kind and patient.

If we return to Borovets (which I really hope we do!), then we will be having our ski hire and lessons from Snow Masters again.

We booked one-to-one lessons each morning and 1 night session for our 7 year old special needs daughter. She had a great time with Alex and was very sad at the end of the week to go. We also had an awesome 2 hour snowboarding lesson to get us started (we had many previous lessons on a magic carpet in the uk) on the snow and hired all our gear here. Thanks Daffy :-)
