I have been a client for 4 years at this location. I visit LA Bikini once a week.
It has always been clean, the staff extremely friendly and have never felt that I didn't have any privacy. They always are willing to work with my ever changing schedule.

1. The staff is incredibly rude. 2. The location is not the cleanest, there is dirt on the floor and molding in areas coming apart. 3. There is no privacy as your services are performed behind a sheet. 4. I was signed up for a membership without it being explained to me that the membership would cost $70 a month. I have now spent over $300 for 1 procedure. I tried to correct with the staff and I was met with a rude and condescending “manager”. I asked why I would sign up for a membership that I didnt use and then she insisted she didn’t know why people did stupid things. With 2 new actual spas opening up I would definitely recommend giving them a try and skipping this business.
