Just went to a show here. During the opening act we were forced to move from the seats we purchased to subpar seats because they said ticketmaster should not have sold us those seats! I will never attend another event at this lousy venue. Rip off

Wow what a place. Huge and people everywhere. Very well organized though really enjoyed the show day 1 and 2. Couldnt do 1 more day just too much

Came here twice in about a week to two different events in different parts of the center. The center itself is very nice. Everything looks clean and cared for. If you don't know exactly which place you're going to, it can be difficult to find the entry. Both events had staff members in the walkways to help direct people, which definitely helped. There is parking on most sides around the venue. If you can park inside the venue, which is pretty limited, it is extremely convenient, safe, and affordable.

Things are rather expensive inside so I suggest buying simple. Easy to navigate through. Bathrooms are always in decent shape. Never had any trouble.

I visited BJCC over the course of a few days for a convention. The complex is massive and the brutalist architecture (especially surrounding the inner-outdoor plaza really stands out. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the interior is clean, and it's easy to access from the Sheraton.

I loved this center. They are so nice. Most important to me they follow the old rules and do not admit anyone during tha actual performance which is amazing

This was a very good venue for a big band experience. TSO was great and the seats were all very good for viewing and listening. Parking was bad, but after the Interstate is finished (~Feb. 1), that will be much improved.

It was a good venue for work conference. I went for the 62nd ABSA Conference. Nice catering staff and coffee service. The layout is a bit confusing but there were many helpful employees willing to assist . The bathrooms are in need of some updating , they reminded me of public high school toilets, no paper covers for the seats. Otherwise it was a good experience.

CCEF held their 2019 annual conference in this Civic Centre. A very nice venue. The coffee service and ushers were much appreciated. The facilities were clean and very well maintained.

I have visited this venue on several occasions, most recently for the Southern Women's Show. The show itself was a little disappointing this year but I am continually amazed at the venue. The Concert Hall and Children's Theatre are great. The Exhibition Halls are massive and so capable of hosting multiple functions at once. If I had one complaint, it would be about the parking. There is a lot of construction in the area right now with construction starting on the new open air stadium (that probably should could have been a better idea if it were someplace else) in conjunction with the interstate construction through the City Center. If parking was a bear before, now its an angry polar bear in a blizzard. I really don't want to see what will happen if there is a game at the "stadium" during business hours at Top Golf along with any high attendance function at any of the show sites inside the BJCC. Again, the venue is awesome; parking is horrible.
