trés bien conçu pour se rendre a différents hôtels , résidences vacances qui se trouvent tout le long de la cote assez éloignées du centre de Porec ceci est un moyen de transport qui s ajoute au petit train touristique ainsi qu' une espèce de pous-pous tiré par un vélo ..tout ces moyens de locomotions font que l'on peu oublier la voiture pendant le séjour a Porec ...c au choix et bien sympa car les places de stationnement en ville sont denrées rares et payantes a certains endroits

The Porec ferry goes to and from a concrete pier - does have good clean seating and is well kept (possibly quite new).....

ميناء المدينة صغير نسبيا. لكنها دائما حية ، خاصة في فصل الصيف. في أشهر الصيف ، يزور الميناء عدد كبير من القوارب واليخوت. تعطي صواري البحر والأشرعة للجسر منظرًا خلابًا بشكل خاص.

ポレチュ旧市街の南側にあり、たくさんのフェリーが停泊していました。ロヴィニ行きのフェリーなどもあります。私はバスのチケットを買った後だったので、ロヴィニにはバスで行きましたが時間が合えばフェリーでもよかったなと思います。

Разочарование лета

В своих путешествиях пытаюсь не основываться на одном случае. Но что касается этой компании, так разочаровался дважды , но если первый раз это была погода, то второй раз, просто паром оказался неисправным, причем уже после посадки. Это особенно не приятно, когда впереди стыковка на поезд и далее по всем пересадкам все кувырком! оперативности нет, хорваты ничего не делают быстро, ждали автобуса 3 часа вместо обещанных 30 минут. И как итог везде опоздали, От Венеции в Милан, из Милана в Швейцарию и никто ни за что не отвечает и не компенсирует. Не советую пользоваться этой компанией никогда! Лучше ехать компанией Kimpass, там хоть паром реально ходит, сами видели.

Small but useful.

Although quite small, Porec Ferry Port is very useful. While staying on St. Nicholas Island we used to get the ferry boat every evening to the mainland and it was always on time but usually very crowded. However, it was never as crowded on the return journey and it only took five minutes.

While waiting for the ferry boat back to the island we used to sit on the benches to enjoy the lovely views of the sea and harbour and watch the world go by.

We had some lovely walks along the harbour front and saw lots of little boats and some impressive yachts.

Jadrolinija tour to Venice

We wanted a day trip to Venice so against our better judgement decided travel to Porec on the morning of our trip. Parking was quite difficult to find and we were running late. We had to run about 500m to the ferry terminal and saw that the ferry was just leaving. When we got to the ticket station we assumed that we had missed the boat. However the lady there told us she could radio the captain to see if he could come back to pick us up, which to our surprise he did. This was a large ferry containing 300+ people, who would have been quite annoyed at the time lost to do this. After copping a lot of stinky eyes from other passengers we hid at the back trying to be inconspicuous and settled into our journey. About halfway to Venice there was an announcement telling us that due to the discovery by harbour control that the vessel had insufficient lifejackets and paperwork, it would not be permitted to dock at Venice. WTF!!! Much to everyone's dismay the boat turned around and headed back to Porec! Passengers were entitled to a refund or to return the next day.
We opted to stay the night and try again the next day. I felt sorry for the passengers who only had that day in their schedule for their Venice trip, they missed out due to the company's incompetence. Accordingly we set out the next day and boarded the ferry. We were sold a lunch deal as we were told that food was very expensive in Venice. DO NOT BUY THE LUNCH DEAL!!! We waited for over an hour for some dodgy pizza that we could have bought from a pizza stand and have more time to look around. The tour guide was quite good, a bit of a sense of humour and could speak several languages, but was still trying to upsell everything. We set off back to Porec looking forward to seeing a World Cup game between Croatia and Turkey when we arrived back. Halfway back the boat slowed down and there was an announcement saying there was a plastic bag stuck in the propeller so the boat could only use one engine at less than half speed (BS alert!!!). What we discovered was that this is a common ploy to sell as much food and drink and souvenirs as they can before the end of the trip. They sold everything but ran out of toilet paper in the process!!! Not pleasant to say the least! We missed catching the game as well. We think they are very clever but also very sneaky to do this and we were not impressed! Not sure what can be done as there is no way to prove they're lying. Just let this be a warning to anyone going on any cruise as to the type of tactics these companies use to maximise profits.
