This is the worst place 1 have worked as a
international Yoga teacher! I ended up teaching here for 4 months (which was way too long) and most of time I ended up going every mornings to be disappointed with no shows and (didn't get any compensation which other spaces on the island provide to their teachers if no students show up for the classes)and on the occasionally days where there were students it was mostly one or two and on the very rare occasions their were three and on one day I had 4 students in one of the classes, which was an absolute shock! When 1 first started teaching here they didn't even have a receptionist to get the payment from the students who took the classes and the teachers had to this and when they finally had a receptionist he is one the biggest dingbats who I have ever met. This is the only place where I have taught where the receptionist does the social media marketing (it's hilarious) and on many occasions he was trying boss me around and the few of the other teachers who also left eventually. Right now they barely have any teachers teaching there and I wonder where a business like this gets it's revenue when almost no one shows up at the classes. This is the most disorganized place I have worked in and it clearly shows. They only depend on the ecstatic dance on Sundays. Also on couple of occasions I

Eli he founder's son doesn't take responsibility or own up to anything and he has given a lot power to a little receptionist (who is also gay btw) and this has gone into his head. To any teachers who are thinking about teaching here, do yourself a failure and please stay away. This place is failure.

It's a wonderful yoga center located in Koh Phangan - Thailand, they are focus in yoga, healing and wellness. David the owner has more than 4 decades of experience on Chakra Yoga an ancient Indian yoga technique.
On Sunday morning there is an Ecstatic Dance, it really difficult to explain such amazing experience. 🙏🧘🏼♀️🙏

I had a wonderful experience at Pyramid Yoga. I checked in for 2 nights and stayed 4 weeks!!! I truly wanted a place to retreat and quite my mind. I found what I was looking for at Pyramid Yoga and really appreciate the lovely staff that made me feel so welcome and taken care of.
Pyramid Yoga is at the north of the island which is quiet and exactly perfect for retreating. It is easy to walk down to Haad Salad beach as I did almost daily for my sunset swim. It is a steep walk back but I enjoyed the exercise and just made it part of my daily practice.
The bungalows are rustic and romantic and I enjoyed swinging on my hammock and listening to the crickets at night. The best part of Pyramid to me is the contact with nature. You are literally in the jungle which was so healing especially as time went on.
I also met so many wonderful humans coming and going from Pyramid. You are exposed to a wonderful variety of conscious humans that come for the variety of classes and my favorite ecstatic dance. It was so refreshing to connect with a variety of travelers from all over the world in a conscious setting. Many great spontaneous conscious chats happened at breakfast and around on the grounds at pyramid. Another perk is that ecstatic dance is free twice a week for guests which was perfect for me because that was my whole attraction to coming to Pyramid in the first place.
I had so many amazing dances in the jungle while drinking cacao. What a treat!!
After one month I literally felt like a different, more uplifted human who had reclaimed a piece of her soul back.
I also lost my debit card while there and Carrie(the acting manager) was so helpful with allowing me to charge my food and scooter rental and pay by pay pal. She also looked after me and always made sure I had cash and even loaned me some Thai bat.
Also special thanks to the other staff members that made me feel like part of the family. Thank You Carrie, Alex, Olivier, Teresa, Elly, and Camila for all they yummy food!!
I will definitely return.

Great place for yoga and beautiful views 🦋In this yoga center there is a good, small restaurant where you can eat, vegan and vegetarian food. Also in this center you can book bungalows at a nice price)
