We were on a family trip from the South to Ella, Nuwara Eliya and Kandy with Dilan while on holiday in Sri Lanka in April. He had planned a lovely three-day itinerary according to our wishes from the South via Ella, Nuwara Eliya and Kandy to the airport with loads of interesting sights (plus he had a very comfortable car). We were happily en route when the news from the bombing started to get in. It was an extremely stressful situation for both parties but you could not have guessed it from the wonderful experience we had. With the curfew and unclear safety situation we could not continue as planned but this was no hindrance to Dilan: he quickly arranged an ad hoc "safe haven" for us from a nice hotel and even contacted the original hotel and negotiated our payment back. He thought of interesting "secure" things to experience so we did not end up missing an awful lot during these last days of our holiday. He kept us quickly informed of all developments and was very calm and reassuring while taking all the necessary precautions. He even checked on us at home after the flight back wanting to know everything went well and we were safe.
Dilan is a very knowledgeable, dedicated, articulate and flexible guide and we could not recommend him highly enough. We are determined to go back to wonderful Sri Lanka one day and plan a long round trip with him.

Best services I’ve ever experienced. Basically 10/10 for everything, but so Dilan really goes that extra mile. You can trust his wisdom, tips, etc., he is really going to personalize the services, making the best out of it for you.

Three friends and myself went to Sri Lanka not knowing how to really get around and feeling a bit nervous. We booked Dilan on a recommendation of a friend and it took all the worry away and was the highlight of our trip. He planned our trip before we went and sent us updates after he would drop us off at destinations - there was a storm while we were there and he offered to come and get us. He is so knowledgeable of the history and is all around a lovely man. At the end of our trip he took us to his family home and they cooked us an amazingly Sri Lankan meal. We definitely wouldn't have had the trip we had without him. Thanks Dilan!

Thanks Dilan, you provided Tina and I a fantastic trip in Sri Lanka. Your knowledge, friendliness, safe driving and also arranging our accommodation during our trip was amazing. Spent two days with Dilan during my first trip to Sri Lanka. Dilan is a fantastic and safe driver, considering the roads in Sri Lanka! He definitely took great care of me (solo traveller) and comes with great recommendations to visit, do and eat. He is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Very flexible with itinerary plans, if you have any places to visit, Dilan will try his best to accommodate. I did plenty of research on tour guides/agents in Hikkaduwa and I am so glad to have chosen him! Definitely worth it - thanks for everything Dilan!

It was our babymoon and Dilan ensured that we had an amazing 9-day trip. He ensured our comfort at all times. Dilan has a great attitude, is very homely and punctual, and of course a great guide and chauffeur for our entire trip.
He picked us from the Colombo airport, and took us to Bentota, Madu river Safari, blue whale watching, hikkadua, Galle, and blue Stone mines. Then we did the Kandy city tour, Pinnawala elephant orphanage, and ended our trip with the Colombo city tour. All sites and itinerary was suggested and planned by him!
He ensured that we experienced Sri Lanka at our own pace, including the food (local and gourmet).
We highly recommend that you use Dilan's services if you plan a trip to Sri Lanka.

Dilan was our driver for 4 days. And i must say he is the best driver we had. And also the driver that sprake really proper englisch.... Thanks dilan for our save trip!

We had a wonderful time with Dilan during our trip to Sri Lanka while at Hikkadua Beach. Our host at our Airbnb recommended Dilan who took us one day on a river cruise just to the north of Hikkadua. Dilan spoke English very well and was able to tell us about many of the things we saw and about the people who lived in the area. As we were a family of five we were able to ride comfortably in his air conditioned car. Dilan also took us one day to tour the city of Galle where he took us to the fort, the local market, and a turtle hospital. Dilan made us feel very welcome on our trip and was reasonably priced for his services.

Dilan collected us from our hotel in Colombo. He was very punctual and extremely helpful, always happy to change plans and showed us some very interesting sights. Most importantly he is a great driver.

Dilan drove us from Hambantota to Colombo and stopped at several sights along the way, including tea plantation and turtle hatchery. He was a very calm and safe driver in a modern clean car/van. He was also very knowledgeable and gave us more information than expensive tour guides. Would definite recommend.
