Contacte con esta empresa por Internet. En una página de viajes (no recuerdo bien qué página) . Lo recomendaban fervientemente. Y les escribí un correo indicando qué es lo que me gustaría ver y los días de que disponí.

Great service on time & comfortable! Travelled as 3 girls and felt very safe. Would reccomend asking for Nuwan he was fantastic. Thank you very much :)

Taxi with Nuwan

I booked a taxi from Sigiriya to Kandy. We got a taxi with Nuwan and it was so helpful and friendly! He even offered to take us to a temple we hadn’t seen, and stopped by a Golden Buddha to show us. The taxi was very comfortable with lots of rooms for our backpacks and with ac. Would definitely recommend Nuwan and this taxi company!!

As a solo traveler, I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Kandy Budget Taxi's exceptional service during my visit to Kandy, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations and made my journey both convenient and memorable.

First and foremost, their customer service is top-notch. Right from the moment I contacted them to inquire about their services, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their team was friendly, accommodating, and made sure to understand my specific needs as a solo traveler. They provided clear and detailed information, which helped me feel at ease and confident in my decision to choose Kandy Budget Taxi.

The punctuality of their drivers deserves special mention. Every time I booked a taxi, they arrived right on time, eliminating any unnecessary waiting and ensuring I never felt rushed or stressed. The drivers themselves were courteous, well-groomed, and displayed a deep knowledge of the local area. They were always willing to engage in friendly conversations, answer my questions, and provide valuable insights about the city and its attractions.

Amazing journey to hikkaduwa with Chatura

Thank you Chatura for driving us safely to hikkaduwa from ella. It was really great traveling with him, vehicle and the professionalism is top notch. I highly recommend using their services and believe me you will feel value for money. Driver was on time to pick us up from the hotel and helped us to find place to have lunch. Also, he suggested and took us to try one of the Sri Lankan dessert on th way. Thank you once again

Amazing driver service!

We had an amazing time with our driver Nuwan, the company reacted super fast on special requests from our side and our driver all ways answered all our questions regarding culture and Land of Sri Lanka! He drove safely and allways knew the roads. When we come back to Sri Lanka we def. will reuse their excellent service! Thank you again for the save rides!

Nuestra experiencia con Chami fue maravillosa. Atento a nuestras necesidades en todo momento, nos ayudó con varias gestiones y con facilitó mucho la estancia en Sri lanka. Nos ayudó con un problema con el equipaje y con billetes de tren a Ella. El vehículo muy cómodo y amplio, nos puso música latina en el coche y amenazó los trayectos. Nos enseñó varias palabras en Cingales y nos divertimos mucho con él. Nos obsequió con una cena típica que estaba deliciosa. Gracias por todo Chami, no te olvidaremos!!!

We had an amazing experience. Very punctual, friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. Also, the driver, Sameera, was pretty nice and helpful giving us recommendations about local foods or places to visit.
