Sancha crafted our wedding favors - personalized our teas and it matched our wedding aesthetic. It was all very beautiful.

I absolutely loved my time in the store - I thought that we would do a quick browse and maybe get one tea - we spent about 45min in the store enjoying a tasting experience and left with a teapot and about 10 different teas.
The store is beautiful with wonderful selection of teas. The staff are fantastic! They really know about tea, but also tell you about the history around the product and the region of origin. The staff were friendly, well informed and patient. This place is one of the highlights of my vacation to India.

What a find - if you want tea to drink or tea to take home, this is the most well appointed and modern tea shop I've ever visited. Whatever it lacks in authentic character, it makes up for in great tea, knowledgable staff and well priced equipment. Plus they let you try every tea under the sun for free! Great place to visit for unique gifts to take home.

I was very impressed with the hospitality that was extended to me by Priya. She is a great asset to have and went above and beyond in helping describe all the different types of teas on offer, and preparing many teas for me to taste. At no point in time was I pressured into purchasing, and felt like an honured guest.
I'm very pleased with my purchases and can't wait to try them back home.
I definitely recommend anyone in Mumbai to pay a visit to this place.

I loved this Tea Shop. I’ve never been a fan of hot tea until I visited Mumbai India. I found San-Cha Tea Boutique and tried several types of Tea. The girls working in the shop will offer you many types of tea to sample. I think I like the Darjeeling tea the best. If you get a chance while your in Mumbai you must stop by and check them out.

This is a beautiful tea shop that provides great hospitality. Upon entering, the representatives prepare tea for you to taste. They were great at preparing several teas to try and providing excellent descriptions and history of each type of tea. I recommend for tea lovers!

J'ai connu cette marque il y a quatre ans à l'aéroport de Mumbai¨et depuis, j'ai commandé tout mon thé sur leur site pour la France, l'envoi par la poste est gratuit, fiable et rapide (je précise parce que on pourrait être sceptique). J'avais peu de temps sur Mumbai et en fait, on nous promenant par hasard dans le super quartier de Kala Goda (à voir absolument pour ses petits restau, boutiques et ambiances très agréables), on est tombé sur la boutique qui nous a fait des dégustations digne des caves du bordelais !! Le paradis pour les amateurs de thé !I

Sancha tea boutique è un vero e proprio tempio del tè.
Sancha è il luogo ideale per scoprire il mondo del tè e i suoi segreti.
Il negozio, anche se è piccolo, è molto accogliente, ben arredato e con tè e accessori in mostra nelle bacheche.
L’arredamento bianco è la migliore combinazione per sentirsi rilassati e degustare il tè con il giusto mood.
Le ragazze del negozio sono state molto gentili e disponibili.
Mi hanno fatto accomodare e ho potuto degustare tante varietà di tè.
La degustazione è molto professionale perché puoi valutare colore, profumo e gusto degli infusi, ma anche la texture del tè naturale (prima dell’infusione).
Le ragazze ti spiegano da dove proviene il tè e le caratteristiche tipiche di ogni varietà.
Visitare Sancha tea boutique è un’esperienza bella e interessante sia per i semplici appassionati di tè che per i più esperti.
Tutti i tè sono di altissima qualità e ogni tè è la migliore occasione per trovare un momento di relax a casa.
Se vai a Mumbai devi assolutamente fermarti da Sancha!!

We had seen this tea shop advertised in a brochure/map at our hotel, and we planned our walk in Bandra to stop in. We were not disappointed! It was a beautifully designed shop with friendly, knowledgeable employees who offered us a number of samples of different teas as they explained and described the teas and their origins for us. It was a great place to pick up some lovely gifts for friends and family back at home: specialty teas and accoutrements--everything a tea lover could want. Go check it out!
