Decent escape room with good service, but only okay production value.

1'II preface this by saying my wife and I have been to 70+ escape rooms so we're coming in with a higher expectation than your average newcomer. We did 2 rooms here, island escape and museum heist. As far as the puzzles go, id say these were closer to 4/5, as they were logical, well done, but not insanely hard (which isn't a bad thing). The staff was friendly and had no issues there, Zach and Nova were our game masters and did a great job.
The production value is really where they fall flat. Although the puzzles all worked (which isn't always the case) the rooms just weren't that immersive. They felt like themed meeting space (painted walls vs actual fake plants) and while I did appreciate the wave sounds and large volcano, I never felt like I was there. If I could id actually give them a 3.5 because of the service and puzzle quality and quantity, but the lack of immersion was a drawback.

Great for teenagers

I did Runaway Train with my 7th grade daughter and 5 of her friends and we had an absolute blast! They were talking about it all evening. Casey was an awesome game master always providing us with helpful info without giving away too much. We broke out in 50 minutes! I didn't know if the girls would be too young to figure out the clues but they were so smart and it was helpful to have one adult to help on a few things they didn't understand. I can't wait to go back and do another escape room.

My husband and I did this with just 1+ minutes to spare, it was great fun. It was my husbands first time in an escape room and he enjoyed it. Kept us thinking the whole time! Would highly recommend.

We booked the mystery Mansion breakout game for a great night with friends and family. We had an awesome time and broke out with about 8 minutes remaining. Our game master was Cierra and she was absolutely awesome.

If you're looking for something different and exciting to do, this place is an awesome experience. It's great for friends, families, coworkers ... everyone and anyone. They have a great variety of themes/rooms/mysteries that keep updating. The experience of the game is the whole point.

Breaking Out is Fun

We've played two rooms at this location and it was an awesome experience. Interesting and compelling rooms which were super fun and engaging. Both our game masters were cordial and involved with us. I would definitely recommend it for anyone from just couples to bigger teams, there's a game choice for all.
