Terrible n a harrowing experience

Had a terrible experience n wasted one entire day after paying a hefty amount.
NARENDER , the guy responsible for organizing the trip is a THUG. They left the jetty rocking n stranded in the middle of the sea n started with parasailing n
Other activities. In a rush to finish up faster per person every activity was hardly 20 seconds.
People left stranded on the jetty were puking n in a bad state but this guy was unaffected saying that it happens every time.
A Young couple from indore had a harrowing experience. They couldn’t do a single activity n were forced to take a taxi back to their hotel on their own.
Everyone told Narender to atleast arrange for their travel back but he couldn’t care less.
He’s extremely arrogant, bosses around n is a rogue.
We went with our children but sadly wasted a day which could have been spent fruitfully.
We were charged 3500 per person by him since we got the bookings from him whereas other people got the bookings done in 2000 n even lesser.
Please people do the sports activities at your respective beaches wherever you are staying n don’t fall prey to this scamster.

Complete waste

Universal adventures:. We have impressed with the package presented on the website which looks very informative. Unfortunately the ground reality is very disappointing. We come all the way from other states, take time to spend activities here, but the ground staff here dont care our expectations, our interests and reverse they about on us. 1. We have to do ten calls to get start our activities 2. They make us change multiple boats between the sea with small kids, we lost our footwear in this. 3. There is no place to sit in the boat, simple push every one in one boat, it's day activity so we can't stand. 4. The staff shout among themselves in distributing customers and put us waiting 4. They leave us in a standalone boat in the middle of sea unattended for more than an hour. 5. Scuba diving they just do less than half metre dip, unless we ask them multiple times to take deep 6. Banana ride jetski bumper ride all are within 100 metres, and they will ask to pay extra to go further. 6. Food they provide is like as if we are begging and they show crooked irritated faces when we ask more, remember we have enough money to get our food, they are not doing favour. Remove this from ur package or ask them to serve better. Their internal staff is fighting to get food 7. Beers ur package says three per head, they give only one beer that too very hot one 8. Our scuba diving videos were not shared, when we ask they recklessly say memory card under repair. Remember we come here to take back memories, may be simple for you, it means a lot for us.

Crue member are good.. except one person.. owner who is over smart.. not properly reply to any one.. we have to wait for 3 hr in boat ..bcz that guy bring new 4 person from may be his frnd. Wast over time.

Good for first timers

Enjoyed the beach from where activities started. Very clean water on Bogmalo beach and less crowded. It was my first experience so was satisfied overall. The timings are very less for every activity may be because we were lot of people. So as a first-hand experience it was sufficient for me but would expect more from next time. Also asking for compulsory review here for getting complimentary scuba video is not good. They should clear it before hand that scuba video will be provided only after review. Food was okay.
