Doris, FYI, the boat is not broken. Just like your vehicle, when a check engine light comes on you bring it to the shop to make sure everything is ok. In our case, there was a small part that needed to be replaced. The part had to be ordered from Seattle, Washington which took 5 days to get to me. We are a seasonal business so if the boat isn’t running, we aren’t making money. Trust me when I say we don’t cancel cruises lightly or with excuses because it cost me time, energy and most important money that I can’t get back. I work very hard to get great reviews and the most rewarding thing is when I can make people laugh and enjoy a super fun, exhilarating jet boat ride. Your review states you were disappointed. I am disappointed as well that you would give me such a poor review for a situation completely out of my control. What you got from us was many phone calls keeping you informed of what was going on, kindness, politeness and numerous apologies for us having to cancel along with a full refund.
