We sincerely apologize for the last-minute cancellation of your tour, by way of explanation, though no means an excuse, we received notification of the assigned guides' positive result very last minute. Unfortunately, this did not allow us enough time to secure a replacement guide and resulted in the delay in sending the cancellation notification.
