El equipo de BEST hace honor a su nombre y hará que tu estancia en CR sea inolvidable!!
Hemos estado en un viaje de 15 días en 5 destinos distintos, perfectamente organizado de principio a fin, donde se han asegurado de que en todo momento viviéramos una experiencia única. Hemos visto muchísimos animales en cada Parque Nacional que hemos visitado y la excelencia de los hoteles nos ha permitido descansar y relajarnos al final del día tumbados en la playa o a los pies de un volcán.
Excelente atención, para repetir. Sin duda alguna recomendamos que organices tu viaje a Costa Rica con BEST y te dejes asesorar por su equipo.

¡Hola Laura! Muchísimas gracias por tomarse el tiempo para escribirnos una reseña tan agradable de leer como esta. ¡Qué alegría saber que disfrutó de su viaje y que su estancia fue inolvidable! Costa Rica es un país maravilloso y nuestra meta era que sus 15 días aquí tambien lo fueran. ¡Que bueno que haya podido ver animalitos! Tenemos más de 500.000 especies en un territorio pequeño que representan cerca del 4% del total de las especies estimadas a nivel mundial, con un poco de suerte es facil poder observar perezosos, tucanes, monos y más. Ojalá pueda visitarnos nuevamente, con gusto le atenderemos y haremos de su estadía en Costa Rica una experiencia única, inolvidable, relajante y llena de aventura. ¡Pura Vida!

Unsere, über die deutsche Agentur gebuchte, Reiseleiterin Deny aus Costa Rica konnte uns 11 Tage auf sehr herzliche Art und Weise Land, Leute, Natur, Kultur, Politik....nahebringen. Wir möchten diese vielen Informationen nicht missen. Sie hat für uns unkompliziert Fragen geklärt und war jederzeit Ansprechpartnerin. Wir können Deny nur weiterempfehlen (Kontakt über uns).

Trip planned by Best of Costa Rica

Best of Costa Rica organized our trip for us. We were greeted at the airport and transported to their office which was a short drive and on the way to our hotel. We met with Keylin who went over our itinerary with us and answered any questions we had.
We were in Costa Rica for seven days. First day was spent in San Jose, then two nights in Tortuguerro, two nights in Arenal Volcano area, and two nights near Manuel Antonio Park. We had shared transportation for all transfers other than leaving the airport and going back to the airport, when we had private transfers. I wish we had been informed of all private transfers due to the time involved with picking up and dropping off the other passengers. It made for very long travel days. I would have liked to have been given a choice from the moment trip was planned and priced out. We just did not know to ask.
My only real complaint was the hotel at the volcano, Hotel Lavas Tacotal. It had an excellent view of the volcano but the room was very basic, curtains were very thin and you could watch the guests walking around outside at night and you were also able to see inside the rooms when lights were on inside. Our toilet was an elongated toilet which was fitted with a standard seat. Tile was old and just looked dirty. They served breakfast but nothing else and there is very little to be found close by.( We did not have a car.)
Other accommodations were perfect, Laguna Lodge in Tortuguerro and The Jungle Vista Boutique Hotel near Manuel Antonio Park.
I would use this company to plan another trip to Costa Rica.

El sitio más especial para nuestro gusto fue tortuguero y lo mejor de Costa Rica su gente. Vimos tucanes, mapaches, caimanes, iguanas, monos... todo lo que prometía el viaje se cumplió. Para mi gusto y el de mi pareja hubiese estado mejor más aventura y más inmersión con las gentes del país y más aventuras como la de tortuguero, en lugar del ultimo hotel en el que estuvimos con todo incluido, pero no te das cuenta de ello hasta que estás ahí. En cualquier caso un viaje de los que no se olvidan jamás. Pura vida!

La organización ha sido muy buena. Hemos estado 10 días en Costa Rica, en 5 hoteles diferentes, con numerosos viajes y conexiones y todo ha estado muy bien organizado. No ha fallado ni un guía, ni una coneción, ni ninguna reserva de hotel o actividad. El trato siempre muy educado, los alojamientos muy límpios y incluso los puntos de parada de los autocares y microbuses han estado sin excepción limpios y acogedores. Como organización, un 10. Pura vida!!

Personalised 14 day tour of Costa Rica

I contacted several Costa Rican based travel agencies directly and Best of Costa Rica were the first to respond. I had researched what I wanted to see on my first visit with family during a two week trip and had already booked my flights. Keylin and Karim planned my itinerary around my budget and flight schedule. We corresponded by phone and email and they planned a seamless trip which encompassed the Caribbean and Pacific coasts and wildlife parks without being rushed. Their 24/7 WhatsApp contact number was invaluable as I was only using Wi-Fi during my trip.
Their scheduling of the tours, shuttle bus pickups and hotel choices were faultless.
My family and I would highly recommend Best of Costa Rica to tailor a personal, stress fee and thrilling tour of this wonderful Country.

Best tailor made experience in Costa Rica

Best of Costa Rica Tour Operator supported my sister and I in organizing a very last minute trip. They were fundamental in providing us with guidance and advice on tours and best places to visit according to our budget expectations and ideas that we had in mind.
The customer service was also great and was always available when we had questions or needed support.
I highly recommend Best of Costa Rica for anyone wanting to travel to Costa Rica and have a wonderful experience!
