You will be hard-pressed to find a more humble tap house. It is located in a non-descript prefab metal building (a large one) in a very industrial and non-descript part of town. The taphouse is basically some space carved out amongst all the brewing equipment and stacks of beer in cans, ready for the distribution trucks. VERY high ceilinged and other than opening one of the rolling loading doors, no windows.
And yet, it was a great spot. They encourage you to bring food in with you, so my wife and I grabbed some tasty BBQ (from Wild Hog) and grabbed a picnic table. There is a small bar and some seats right around it (along with some merchandise)...but we sat more in the middle of the brew equipment. Ordered some beer and just hung out. Very nice, simple experience...and really what I like with breweries. Feeling like you're there where the action is!
The beer was pretty tasty too. For "inexperienced" beer drinkers, try the Strawberry Blonde. I enjoyed a couple of IPAs, including the very easy-to-drink, high ABV "Dirty Verde" DIPA. And the service was REALLY friendly...I'd go here again in a second if we find ourselves back in Cottonwood.

We had the opportunity to visit THAT Brewery in Pine, AZ and since we were going to be in the Cottonwood area figured we should check this one out. Great place, great atmosphere, friendly staff. Social distancing in place. Will be back.

I was not surprised THAT Breery was located in an industrial area. Many breweries are. Especiall if they offer a tasting room eviroment. You walk into an area next to the tanks and can. A cool place that they have games to play or just chill. When you don't know the beers youo go for a flight. Tried everything from Strawberry blond to their Stout. They have more than the six we tried but we settled on them. Then we had to have our favorites of those. My wife loved the Strawberry Blond. I chose the Knotty Nut Brown. Both were very good. They have popcorn for a snack. Stop by after they open at 3pm

Stopped in with some friends we were visiting with. It's in an industrial warehouse which is pretty cool. Great selection of locally crafted beer.

Well the name on it's own isn't much of a motivation for me to check out. Thankfully my friend recommended I check it out. So we meander through what I would call an industrial area to what looks like an industrial building and that's where That brewery is located. Now, I had zero hope that I would be here for very long!! Well, I was dead wrong. Enjoyed the relaxing bar type seating (have tables as well) with a terrific server with an amazing variety of concoctions (beers) at great prices!! I was super pleasantly surprised and didn't really want to leave :-). Thank you That Brewery, I highly recommend you to the beer loving people of the Verde valley!!!

A little off the main road but once you find it you’ll not be disappointed! A fine selection of beers and I must say the Pineapple Jalapeño IPA was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

Great selection of styles, great quality and very good service. A nice gem of a brewery with a fun and inviting environment. Set inside a working brewery allowing the patron to view the actual process. Beer styles ranging from stouts to IPA's. Sporting 11+ taps. Free popcorn, no food, but you can bring it in. Dog friendly. While enjoying your beverage check out the Foosball table and their corn hole game. Beer tender service was very good and easy to talk to.

We recently relocated to Phoenix from the Northeast. My husband absolutely LOVES craft beer, and would often take trips up to Vermont and Maine for beer. Moving out here for work, he knew he'd be giving that up, so I wanted to find a nice craft beer brewery for him to visit on his birthday. We stopped in That Brewery on the way up to Sedona. The place doesn't look like much (and was actually a little difficult to find...), but once inside, it's easy to see it has a cool, laid-back vibe. There weren't too many people here on this Saturday afternoon, but we actually sort of liked that. It actually made for more social interaction with the folks who were there, which was nice. My husband opted for a sampler and also bought a mix-and-match 6 pack. I really only drink stout, so I went for the coffee stout, which was very good. My husband was pleased to have a few decent IPAs, which is his favorite beer style. We enjoyed our time here and would gladly stop by again!

A large industrial brewery not very friendly looking from outside. surrounded by barb wire fencing. No patio. No food options, (food truck sometimes we were told.) they have another location in town of Pine. This place beer only, staff knowledgeable but inattentive Tasted and left. Not much atmosphere.
