Great Experience!!!!

We celebrated our son's Birthday at okada manila last
MAY 12, 2022 and we had a blast!

Our room was great...
The service was awsome
Truely a 5 star experience.😍
Bellman Chris Cruz assisted us with our luggage and gave directions on how to get to the otherside of the hotel.

Our room attendand mark
was very helpful and polite.
He gave us extra toiltries
and pillows. with a smile😀

We had our dinner at the red spice... and the food was great

Thanks you Okada Manila❤

Was here couple of years ago. The smoke is just too strong wish they would upgrade the ventilation system considering the amount of gamblers inside. This venue now looks old and dated, some renovation please. Most restaurants like Red spice, booked and others had limited menus we opted not to eat any here.Machines tight on 1st floor, better on second floor, won over 100,00.- in total. Staff all around not too friendly .

Stayed to celebrate my birthday on room 1733 for 3 nights last March 12-15. My revenge travel after over two years of lockdowns and restrictions. I was here the last time celebrating New Year Countdown 2020.
Fast forward...I requested via e-mail a transportation service to pick me up at NAIA Terminal 3 after a long flight, but sadly the service is currently unavailable. I missed sitting at Okada Airport Lounge while waiting for my chauffeur. It took me nearly an hour and a half to get a airport taxi due to long queues.
My bathroom window is facing the Fountain...Great! but the fountain is closed until further notice and I was informed by the staff that the reason is to avoid crowds, for sake of argument the dancing fountain show is for the paying guests to enjoy not for the viewing public.
Upon checking out the Concierge Desk is having a hard time finding my luggage and 12 minutes of waiting is far too long.
Although with some flaws, there are things worth mentioning. My room is kept cleaned specially the turndown service, shout-out to housekeeping! Friendly and polite staff and security.
Wearing face mask and vaccine card is still mandatory.

I want to talk about my experience with Okada this morning (Friday 18th March 2022). I’m a poker player and I have been playing at that casino and in that card room for the last week.

This morning I ordered Spring Chicken from the restaurant in their, Red Spice. It came and it was covered in bone and fat, I didn’t like it at all. It was undercooked and chewy. I explained this to the waitress and asked for a refund.

They refused and after embarrassing me going over their reasoning, I decided I wasn’t prepared to engage a discussion about it and left and vowed never to return.

I had been in the casino every night, for 10+ hours per night, for a week. Spending 1,000 PHP per an hour on rake, I must have spent somewhere around 80,000 PHP in rake over that week and they wouldn’t refund me 500 PHP.

Even, if it was cooked perfectly, like they said it was. Surely if I don’t like it, then that is a good enough reason to keep the customers happy and refund them?

On top of that, moments before my food had arrived, I had just paid 6000 PHP to make a 200,000 PHP withdraw. They charge 3% to withdraw money, the whole thing is just a money grab and it’s disgusting.

Don’t play at Okada if you want respected as a player, a member or a human being. I feel very disappointed and let down at this company and my first experience with Filipino hospitality.

So it's been two years since I went or visited okada.
There's alot of construction around it alot of buildings.
Going inside I can still remember my first slot machine game back in 2018.
Anyways so I decided to come back to okada and play. And I tried the roulette table P50.00 table Infront of the cove. With the lights going around.

I had 🎧 headphones on my kneck because as a player in casinos. I know for years of playing that they would tell me to take off my headphones in my ear.

So before entering the casino grounds I put it down on my kneck my 🎧 it's big headphones 🎧 like this so it's around my kneck. And impossible to out it in my pocket .

This supervisor on the roulette table desides to bully me while I was playing and tells me rudely to remove my headphones 🎧 from my kneck and place it on the chair beside me.

He says it's "bawal" in Filipino. Which means forbidden.
Huwow. I didn't argue with him because he looked at me at a very condescending manner and acted like a bully and ready to spat me when I was gonna rebuttle because obviously he knows what he was telling me was wrong.

So I put my headphones down on the chair. Which I wasn't sitting while playing. And I put my bet and watched my game spin. And I won.

Because of that bully supervisor I decided to cash out. Ok I lived in new York before and nobody cares about headphones 🎧 there. I mean geez these people employ idiots in their hotels.

I'm never coming back to play in this hotel they have the rudest dealers and supervisors .
I played here years ago and people were nice. Now it's changed.

So I was staying at okada last night with my family when a guard harassed me, asked for my ID and everything. We're about to take a dinner but they disturbed us and held me in a secluded office where everybody were just a male security guards for more than an hour. They didn't allowed my boyfriend to escort me inside and the head of security looks like a boasting maniac. They accused me for room selling when my other account was just hacked by a scammer. I understand what they are saying but at least they should investigate first before saying that I will be banned in the premises. I'm going to sue that security and make sure everyone will pay. That is harassment.

They’re good at surprises. Booked ahead of time for a 2-night stay to spend our first Valentine’s celebration as a married couple. All our booking requests which they confirmed and agreed to upon booking were ALL disregarded without any notice. Just found out that none were accommodated upon checking in to our room. What a surprise. I guess they’re living with they’re objective on making your experience memorable—in a bad way. Spent our first day just waiting for updates and follow ups. What a waste of time and money. So disappointing.

We are supposed to be relaxing now. but here I am writing a review about our bad experience on our day 1 at Okada.

近くにシティオブドリームというカジノもあるが、特殊なハウスルールで親が22でイーブンというとんでもないルールのせいで楽しめなかった分、オカダカジノのBJは楽しめました。たまに最低レートが500ペソというのを見かけた記憶があったのですが、最近は1000ペソしかみていません。一日中遊んでいまして、二泊三日で30万円程勝ちました。チビチビ最低レートで遊んでいたのですか、エスカレートしてしまい最後には5000~10000ペソを一階のゲームで賭けていました。皆さんも熱中しすぎには気を付けましょう。
トイレもウォシュレットが付いていてきれいだし、建物も豪華だし、行く価値ありです。

My partner and I booked the Okada hotel for one night before our long haul flight the following day. Having travelled around for three weeks, we wanted a bit of luxury before returning to the UK; Okada did not deliver.

Upon arrival we were surprised that our luggage was searched numerous times, but understood the need for security. We arrived at 5pm when our designated check-in was 3pm, to be advised our room was not yet ready. The receptionist began by saying we could use the spa or sit in the bar and wait. We were not offered any complementary treatments or even a drink, just simply told you will have to wait the room is not ready. After much back and forth we were told ten minutes to wait, which seemed slightly odd considering she had originally advised we go and get a spa treatment whilst we wait.

The room itself was nice, however had a very strong smell of petrol fumes. We turned off the aircon unit but this made no difference. When we returned to the room and got into bed around midnight, I discovered a patch of blood on the sheet that had clearly not come from either of us. This explained why we were originally told the room was not ready, then it was suddenly ready within ten minutes. Quite clearly the bed sheets were not changed before our stay.

We felt physically sick. This is utterly disgusting service from a '5*' hotel. We had to call house keeping to change the bed, and again we were not offered anything to compensate for such poor service.

Would not recommend.

I went to Okada. They did not let me enter with my backpack. I came from my layover flight and decided to go to casino to gamble. My backpack is a Gucci brand and it was 2000usd. I don't feel safe checking in my backpack, they want me to check in my backpack or else i cannot enter. I have my documents and many business credit cards and a small business laptop. I do not feel safe checking in my backpack. I want to carry it with me for peace of mind. It’s a small backpack. Why can't i enter? this is a very bad experience for me. I've been to many casino before, and this is the first time i cannot enter with my bag.
