The place is magical, very beautiful and full of history that the guide took very bad advantage, even more compared with the other guides that we had on the other tours in El Calafate and Ushuaia.
Arriving at the place of visit, there was a coffee tent and other drinks. The guide said we could get off the bus, go to the bathroom and buy water to take to the walk. I did, but there was a queue in the bathroom and she didn't wait. Me and 6 other tourists lost at least 5 minutes of the explanation of the first site of cave figures from a total of 2 sites.
About dinner, the place is simply beautiful and I already knew that I did not like the served food (corn and vegetable soup) and I went just for the tour because I wanted to see the history and I was extremely disappointed that I paid expensive and did not have the explanation and affection of the guide with the group.
On the return on the bus, the guide could have benefited and told more history and instead, silenced the whole return. On the other tours we made in El Calafate and Ushuaia, the guides took advantage of every moment to tell the beautiful local stories.
My wish is to ask for the money back for the bad service provided. Too disappointing.
My impression is that the guide did not have the patience to do this type of tour, not to mention that she spoke Spanish very fast and the group was basically of Brazilians (around 25 Brazilians from a total of 30 people). I came to ask her to speak more slowly, but she did not pay much attention and continued at the same speed and much of the information was lost to the Brazilians.
Finally, I am disappointed with today's tour, 11/01/2025, Nativo Experience.

Anything written about this place would be redundant and insufficient. It is a dream landscape, where nature is the protagonist. The trails are easy to follow and everywhere there is a new perspective on the site. I recommend the orange walkways, which have the best views. A true global natural wonder. One of those places where you have to go once in your life. In my case it was the fourth time.
The only “spot” is that at the entrance to the Park there are no open businesses to buy water or snacks.

I didn't expect much from the tour, but it was wonderful! The Guide Christian super attentive and animated! The tour ends with a delicious lunch with a spectacular view! It was worth it!

Beautiful view, amazing scenery. Everywhere you look is wonderful. There’s a way down, but it’s not recommended for people who aren’t prepared, as you feel height and are at risk of passing out. It is recommended to walk slowly and enjoy the view without doing crazy things.
There are public toilets for a modest price.

Describing this icon of planet Earth is impossible. You have to go and experience it in person. It is the majestic and solemn silence, only pierced suddenly by the roar of the blue ice breaking and sinking into the turquoise waters of Lake Argentino, or walking in total silence among the murmur of the water and birds, hypnotized by tremendous beauty. It is a feeling of total excess. Exciting to tears. The walkways give different perspectives, all incredible. The boat rides, the walks on the glacier, everything is incredible and unmissable. It has to be done. There is an excellent cell phone signal, to make video calls to everyone and try to share even a little the emotion of being there.

“Nativo Experience”: in a four-by-four you bounce across the steppe, always the same and always different, among calafate berries and resinous shrubs, guided by the expansive Federico, a young blond cristone, who seems to come from the fjords and not from the province of Santa Cruz.
On board Mexicans, Colombians, Uruguayans and a slightly disheveled lady who has lived for a long time in Italy (in Faenza) completely committed to helping her mother who is well over eighty years old.
At the Mirador you have to fight against the wind and keep yourself firmly on your legs, to be able to take some photos of the wonderfully changing colors of the lake and the distant luminescence of the Cordillera.
Then you descend between megalithic boulders towards the stony beach, in an environment that in itself is prehistoric.
And here the native Theuelche actually lived, tucked into cuevas far from the wind.
They left childlike marks of human figures and hands on the rocks.
The asmuerzo is in native style, inside a cave where a large lit fire awaits us, the smell of the cordero that has been cooking for hours and abundant tinted wine...
