A Wonderful Way To Spend An Afternoon

This is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Theo boat has an air-conditioned cabin, plus open spaces on both decks. the crew is extremely helpful, and snacks and drinks can be purchased on-board. The one-hour and twenty minute trip is relaxing and educational. The captain talks about the geology, the wildlife and the plants that you see along the shore. Worth every penny of the fare.

Fun time cruising the lake

The boat cruise had a fabulous view of the lake on both sides and the best part was the Captains information about the lake, the hilarious comments he made coupled with great music. I highly recommend it for a fun relaxing time.

Beautiful desert lake cruise!

Very picturesque and relaxing 80 minute cruise trip on Saguaro Lake. The highlight was our Captain who was very knowledgeable about the lake, surrounding geology, history, a fun facts, Enjoyed a good lunch beforehand at the attached Shiprock Restaurant sitting on the covered deck overlooking the lake.

We enjoyed the cruise, it was well narrated and beautiful scenery. We booked our tour ahead of time online. Arrive early as you are seated in the order you check in on arrival. You can buy beverages, drinks on board which we did and enjoyed the scenery. Gift shop (located next to where tour leaves) is good too.

Fun beautiful cruise

This was a great adventure. I live in AZ but brought some guests on the cruise. The captain was informative, friendly and funny. It's a nice boat cruise through the Saguaro Lake. They have a bar on the boat so you can purchase drinks and snacks. I will definitely be taking guests on this cruise.

The cruise was good…however we arrived by Uber and upon our return we were left stranded no Uber would pick us up…let a crew member know and they were of no help ..it was a very terrifying experience…if you go be aware you may get stranded

Relaxing on the water.

First time on the Desert Belle. It was a very relaxing and beautiful ride.
The commentary was interesting and clear, over the speaker.
Really liked the personal bar service, where Billy takes your order and brings your drinks/food to your seat. I liked the way the seating was laid out. A good view for all and in the shade. Definitely would return and take more visitors.

Great Day Sailing in the Desert

The staff is friendly and cordial. The scenery is spectacular. I lived in Fountain Hills for 5 months and whenever I have friends or family visit I schedule the Desert Belle as entertainment. They walking away thanking me for such a wonderful time. Ive done the Narrative and the Music and I really cant say I like one over the other. Gino the captain is a great guy, Patricia is there to make sure you enjoy your trip, and Gina is the Bartender.

If you're in the Phoenix area and enjoy the desert, it's very nice. The service onboard is good and scenery is enjoyable. It can get hot in the sun, but there is an enclosed deck and an awning on the top deck.
