Self guided, great machines, they can really cover some ground! So much fun! Would definitely refer this place! We had the best time!! Only down fall is need to take a phone charger, batteries went dead quickly!

We rented 3 Rzr's and went on a 4 hour ride. We had a great time and the New River Off Road team were a great support. Two of the three UTV vehicles were like new condition. The third was older but ran like a top! Be careful with the turbo 1000. Its crazy fast and potentially very dangerous. The orientation video and training was quick but comprehensive. We had a couple of challenges out on the trail that they were very quick and responsive to accommodate. The trail had great variation- some easy flat, some rocky and rugged, some steep and angular requiring low range 4x4. Overall the terrain was beautiful and scenic- a perfect combination so you could get a taste of the amazing capability of these little machines and felt like you had a really good off-road Arizona adventure. We went two days before Christmas and it was great as there was very little traffic out there. I recommend picking an off days where you can have the trail all to yourselves. I also recommend bringing tinted polarized goggles for the sunny days. They provide clear ones but they don't protect your vision when you are facing the sun. Overall, we highly recommend NROR ATV Rentals for your next family adventure.

We were rookies on our first off-road desert experience and it was great fun! It was rougher, steeper, and bouncier than we expected and just ‘scary’ enough to keep two teenaged great-grandsons talking for days. The staff was friendly and professional. We will be back!

We took our teen kids and it’s a lot more adventure than you expect! The company were friendly and helpful and the kids had a great time. We took a 6 seater open UTV and the route was challenging but so much fun!!

Customer service and instruction was top notch. Navigation systems was easy to follow! Check in and out was easy! Will definitely do again!

Great experience. Check-in was easy and fast. They gave a thorough overview of the trails and the ATV. The touch screen navigation with the trails highlighted was a great feature. The ATV easily handled the trails. It was well powered and handled great. Of course, the trails and scenery were the true highlight. Views were fantastic. Would definitely rent an ATV from New River Off Road again.

Our large family rented several vehicles and had an amazing time riding in the desert! The New River crew made sure we all had on the safety gear properly, and were buckled-in securely, and informed us about the trails. On our way back from the ride, one vehicle had an accident. When we returned to the shop, the crew made sure we were all safe and well; the manager, Riley, walked us through the vehicle check and repair process. Riley and the New River team handled everything professionally and respectfully, providing detailed information and making sure we understood the anticipated paperwork. Riley stayed in contact with us until everything was resolved. We are disappointed that the accident happened, but accidents happen - especially in this high adventure sport. We were grateful for the care, courtesy and professionalism offered by Riley - it made the difference between an incident we dealt with, and a potential vacation disaster.

They have a great location. Quick access to lots of awesome trails. Staff are very welcoming and gave us good advice on what trails to take. Because flight issues we had to change our UTV reservation, and they were very accommodating.

We had a blast. It’s quite a bit more adventurous than we anticipated. If you’re looking for a trip to use these machines the way they were designed this is the place. The terrain is crazy.
