We have rented boats through other companies but this one was definitely different and far superior! From the outstanding Customer Service that I received on the phone to the day of, everything ran like a well-oiled machine! Love the load/unload feature that you provided, it totally made beginning of the day and end of the day a breeze! The boat was great, well-appointed and had a good sound system! We will be back, for sure!! Thank you for a great Memorial Day!

We had an amazing time on the pontoon boat. Westside was easy to work with and was waiting for us when we arrived in the parking lot. He loaded all our bags/coolers on the boat and then we boarded. He put the boat in the water and away we went. He was waiting for us upon our return. I would highly recommend Westside Recreation and plan to do it again.

We rented 24’ Southbay 115 Double Decker W/ Slide for a group of 10 people. My brothers and our wives were visiting family in the region. Westside reservation process, delivery, and pickup were seamless. The boat was as described. We enjoyed our time on the Lake Pleasant.

Great service start to finish. Beautiful well maintained boat. Will definitely use this company again when we are near Lake Pleasant.

We had the pleasure of renting a pontoon boat on Lake Pleasant jwith Westside Recreation. They were super friendly and even extended our time on the lake. The boat was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. HIghly recommended!

From start to finish it was seemless! What a fun trip from the pick up and ride from the parking lot to the picnicking on the lake. I would recommend renting a boat with Westside Recreation anytime!!! Thanks for making my husband’s birthday so much fun!!!

We rented the slide pontoon with Westside. Our family and friends had a blast on Lake Pleasant. The staff at Westside are super helpful and kind. They gave us exact location where to meet the pontoon and helped us load everything and everyone in the pontoon towed all of us in the boat right down to the lake and launched us for what was a excellent day on the lake. When our time was up 1 phone call and she was back down to help us load and unloaded the boat. We will rent from them again….💜🙋♀️

Amanda, our contact, was very prompt and helpful. Gave us a hand transferring stuff from our vehicle to the boat, told us what to watch out for, interesting places to see, names of restaurants in the area etc. We cruised the lake and hung out on floats and the large mat we rented, watching wild donkeys and errant cattle meander down to the water. All in all it was a great, relaxing day. The boat was clean, everything worked and our contact was a great help.

Boat was available right on time and all went smoothly. Boat was in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend them!

Incredible experience. We were shocked by how easy the whole rental and boating process was. I made another reservation tonight for this month and we are already looking at potential dates to make a 3rd boating trip in September. Love, love, love Westside Recreation!
