One of our highlights of our entire stay in Prescott, was renting a fat tire e-bike from Prescott e-bike and doing the Peavine trail. The scenery was stunning and the service superb. I recommend the 2 hour tour.

Walked a short distance from trail head and want to go back and rent bikes. Wonderful trail with gorgeous views and friendly folk.

Too much air traffic for a peaceful hike. The trail itself is wide a accommodating for hikers and bikers, but those air planes just kill it.

Very easy hike/walk on the east side of Watson Lake. The more adventurous may deviate from the old railroad bed walk on the rocks nearer the lake. Parking is a very modest $3.00

The area has unique geological formations and beautiful vantage points of lake and countryside. It accessible to all ages.

Scenic trail along an old railroad right-of-way through the majestic Dells and by scenic Watson Lake. Hurry to hike this wonder before the City of Prescott allows commercial development to drastically change the landscape.

Did the loop around Watson lake beautiful views easy hiking along peavine trail lots of areas to explore side trails are more winding singletrack trails compared to flat wide trail of the peavine. Very dog friendly my shepherd loves the jog come on out and play

The peavine trail starts in a fairly industrial area, but don't give up. It passes by the edge of Watson lake, with great views toward Granite Mountain, and then leads into the Dells, where there are many wonderful side trails - a little piece of quiet heaven, right here in tow.

THIS is Prescott! Make your way along the trail to Watson Lake then continue to Point of Rocks and beyond. Movies have been made here, a railroad used to run through here, cattle roamed. Wander through granite formations found no where else on the planet. You will see walkers, hikers, bicyclists and horseback riders. This place represents Prescottonians love of the outdoors, it is quintessential Prescott.

Biking along the Peavine is so relaxing. It goes along the backside of Watson Lake and has some lovely views.
