Loved all the art displayed here and enjoyed how everything was displayed. one of the nicer bakeries in town. A diversity of art styles and techniques. My husband and I enjoyed a rather lengthy and interesting talk with the staff person there (not sure if he was an owner or manager) who talked to us about the different artists represented there, I could have easily bought half the gallery, such unusual and beautiful items.

Cobalt Fine Arts is my favorite gallery in Tubac. This intimate space includes designer jewelry, sculptures, paintings, unique wall hangings and one of a kind small tables that are perfect for a front entry foyer or hallway. You’ll find lots of little things here like lamps, fountains and unusual ceramic pieces. I felt welcomed as I leisurely made my way through the store. I certainly would go out of my way to visit Tubac. Sadly thinking it would be good, we traveled miles to visit. The shops are very much a muchness. That said I thought 5his whop was certainly one of the better ones to visit.

enjoyed seeing the art and crafts and overall setting was pleasant and aesthetically pleasing. We also found place to eat there.

Tubac is a cute little town near the Mexican border, below Tucson. It is an emerging tourist destination which has a lot of colorful history. The gallery is attractive, and compared to others in town, ,probably slightly to the right of average. The owner, Mesia, thinks she knows something about art, but her taste is no testimonial. It's really a lot of touristy crap masquerading as an art gallery.

Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the gallery. In my fourteen years with the gallery I've learned that everyone responds differently to artwork but rarely does a casual walk through a fine arts gallery elicit such strong emotions!
I suspect this is somehow personal and am confident that the depth and quality of the work by over 40 professional artists and over 20 years in the fine art business will speak for itself.

A nice selection of furniture, art, and jewelry, including my personal favorite art media, blown glass. The reception was extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping there.

We loved this gallery and found the art here to be nicely displayed. It is pricey but costs nothing to look. The girl was friendly and gave us some history of the gallery as it is her and her mother who own it. A great gallery for the true art collector.

I agree with the other reviewers. This is one gallery you really should visit in Tubac. High-end, high-quality, truly beautiful and unique pieces. And yes, the staff person is very helpful. My wife and I found an outstanding accessory table - on the expensive side - we thought about it for a full day and returned to purchase it. Only then did my wife discover a small crack in a section of the lower shelf. We saved a lot of money but were also disappointed. Nevertheless, this table and so many other pieces are worth viewing if not buying.
