I had been looking forward to playing Tannenbaum Golf Course for several months.
The day had finally came. I booked my tee time over the phone with a female for 9/28/21 I was informed that the greens would be punched and sanded on 9/27/21. I said that was okay because that’s the only day I could play there since I was from out of state. I was told that I could play at a reduced rate. I arrived and was charged full price by the male working the front desk as well $25 for my wife, a non playing rider. Total cost was $77. The course itself was in good shape. The greens were punched and sanded, but I knew that going in. There was zero water to drink on the course and the temperature was 87 to 90 degrees. There was no cart path drink cart making the rounds. I just expected a lot more for $77. If I go back to Arkansas for golf I will definitely be going elsewhere.

The #1 Activity in Drasco, AR! Of course there is only one activity listed. It is a very nice course, but I would not drive this far out of the way again to play it again, unless it was a work outing...

Another great Labor Day weekend at Tannenbaum! this coarse has the best bent grass putting surface plus an amazing layout with plush fairways. If you keep your ball in play like I do, then you can score well. We saw scores from -2 to +20. We take a big group every year. Don't miss out

We stumbled upon this gem by accident! We were staying at Red Apple Inn and another golfer there suggested we check out Tannenbaum. We did not have an opportunity to play but we did drive through and it was absolutely stunning! Will book a tee time the next time we are back.

Visiting Heber Springs, Tannenbaum was recommended so we booked a tee time. It was on the other side of the lake and took about a half-hour to get there. Club house, "restaurant" , nothing fancy. But the course was excellent. Both my Wife and I enjoyed it. It has a few unique holes. Greens in great shape, fairway big enough for a duffer. Good burger and cold drinks. If you get down that way, give it a try. I think you will like it.

I would have liked to been right on the lake. But all in all it is a great place to stay. I didn’t use the golf course but the roads were great for 4 wheeler riding.

My wife and I almost had the course to ourselves today. The zoysia grass was still dormant in some places but emminentaly playable. Select from 5 different tee boxes (I recommend the whites first time through). The course features large rocks surrounding lakes/creeks that enhance the visual beauty of the course. These rocks are featured as an dogleg obstacle on #17. It looked cool and I'm happy I avoided it. Greens are contoured and large. Fairways are lots of up and down/left to right. I was challenged but not punished with this course and I'll be back again.

Our group of golfers (hackers) from Missouri made another pilgrimage to Tannenbaum in May. We have been going every year for a number of years. We play several courses, but Tannenbaum is our favorite. The course is on a peninsula on Greer's Ferry Lake. You can see the lake from many points on the course. The rugged Ozark mountain character is retained throughout the course. The fairways are tree-lined and there are many elevation changes, especially on #12 which drops 130 feet into a canyon. Tannenbaum is challenging and fun.
