Lack of respect for clients time.

I have visited their facility in Adeje three times to arrange a weekend golf trip to La Gomera. I was advised by them to return today to make a deposit, but when I arrived, I was told to leave and come back later, because they "had clients." They placed no value whatsoever on my time or the fact that I had travelled upon their advice to pay a deposit for an uncoming trip. When I advised the lady that I was not happy to keep coming back repeatedly from a distance to pay their deposit, she very exaspertedly told me to sit down and she would try to help me. At this point, I lost patience and left. She left me feeling as if our business was not valued.

They have also advised us three different weight limits which made planning very difficult. On the first visit, their pilot advised 335 kg including three people and luggage. On the second visit, the receptionist advised 360kg but quickly changed her mind. Subsequently we were emailed to say the limit was 315kg because of a different pilot. thus for three passengers, one larger, one medium, and one small lady, it is not possible to take golf clubs and stay within the weight limit.

For this reason, we will unfortunately not be using this company.

Please do not assume that their service isnt good, as we never had the opportunity to try it, just became frustrated by trying unsuccessfully to book....having driven there three times and wasting my time.

My kid loved it

We decided to do a short helicopter tour with our kid (8). We were prepared to have a 4thbperson join us, but delighted to end up with a private flight insimtead. We did the Beaches & Ravines as we didn't know how the kid would do.

It was great! Very easy, felt very safe and very little turbulence. Thankfully I know from these reviews to buy the photo package. I probably didn't need the video, but it's cute to have. They have goPros all around the helicopter but you can bring your own cameras of course. The photographer on the group before and after the flight did a great job.

Maybe we will splurge on a longer flight next time!

Underwhelming

We paid a lot of money and had high expectations for our helicopter ride, but it was underwhelming and very brief.

The highlight was the spectacular views over the Los Gigantes cliffs, but, apart from that, there was only views of the coastline and rooftops.... like you see every time your flight takes off/lands. We'd paid for a slightly longer flight time of about 20 minutes with views of Teide, but due to cloudy weather there was no Teide. It also felt very rushed.... 4 off/4 on, up/down... bye.

We expressed our disappointment with staff after the trip, but they only apologised and explained about the cloudy weather. I told them that we would have liked to have been contacted before the flight so we could have considered cancelling or changing the flight options. I also requested a partial refund but this was declined. We received our photos free of charge, as a token.

It was still a good experience and I'm glad we did it, it just didn't live up to our high expectations.... particularly to view Teide. I understand they can't control the weather but there needs to be some contact and flexibility regarding the timings and options, particular for such a premium excursion.

You also have to make your own way to the helipad (unlike a lot of excursions), which is a good bit out of town. Around €25 return in a taxi from Las Americas.

So, would I recommend it? Probably not, depending on your expectations of the duration and what you'll see... or not.

I booked this last minute as a surprise for my wife's birthday. They accomdated us the next day. The fun staff, pilot and the whole experience was brilliant. Would highly recommend

.. We booked the 30 km Beaches and ravines route ,and had a fantastic experience . All the staff are super friendly and professional , they all help make the trip so amazing . The views are breath taking , and the helicopter ride is so smooth … We had the photo and video package , which came by email the same day :) . The video is very impressive , , A fabulous experience. .

Great experience - Highly recommended!

A fantastic experience from start to finish - very professional staff who took us through the safety procedures and safety video. We had to nervous flyers who both thought that the helicopter flight was far better than on a normal aircraft. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and it was a brilliant way to mark the occasion!
I would definitely recommend them 👍

Best flight ever! Go straight for the Deluxe Package which is amazing and lasts almost an hour. The flight with the heli is completely smooth and enjoyable, very safe. All the staff is highly experienced, super friendly and very polite. If you have seen Tenerife and want to have it all, the views from above are spectacular!

Good experience. However paid £35 for photos to be emailed the next day and they have not arrived. This was 2 weeks ago.

What a fantastic experience and really helpful, friendly staff. Was our first helicopter experience and I can't recommend this company highly enough, they made it all the more special.

We chose to take the option of having photos and the footage taken throughout the flight made into a custom movie for us and have been very impressed with the results!
