The owner was really friendly and helpful. He gave good advice as to cycle routes (if preferred, avoiding roads!), and the bikes were sturdy and reliable (Raleigh). He made sure we were safe before we set off.
Very reasonable prices too.

A lovely, helpful and understanding business. We initially popped in to enquire about hiring as our son is autistic and was anxious about riding a bike. To ease his nerves before committing they allowed us to go on a test drive.We went back the next day and hired the bikes for the afternoon and had a lovely time. Would highly recommend!

We hired 4 adult mountain bikes for a few hours today. Great service and bikes were in excellent condition - looked almost new. We have used Wells Bike Hire many times before when we are in the area. Flexible pick up and drop off times and great location to access on and off road cycling. Very happy to support a local independent business.

Have used Wells Bike Hire every year since they opened. Excellent service every time. The bikes of which there are a choice of styles, are in superb condition and come with free helmet, panniers and lighting as required. Friendly advice regarding suggested routes.

Great service, Helpful, friendly and efficient. Very clear website, easy to contact. Free on-road parking nearby. Great location to start from, many lovely off-road routes (maps included) all year round. Many thanks.

Visited for an emergency repair. A very friendly, helpful, efficient service with competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend this business for cycle servicing and hire.

I visited wells bike hire on the 20/9/22 and I would highly recommend this. We had eight adult bikes and a fantastic time going through Holkham Hall to Burnham Overy .
The service was fantastic and friendly with easy access in and out and all bikes with bags, locks and helmets.
I will definitely go again as it was great value for money.

Great bikes. Came with a lock and pannier bag. Really fabulous service with guidance on routes and offer of assistance if anything went wrong. Such a lovely experience from beginning to end. Made for a perfect day out.
