My partner and I had a couples massage with Tiger and Nook. It was amazing, I cannot recommend it more.
The products they used were excellent, the massage was 10/10 and they were very friendly and kind.
We both went for medium out of the three options - gentle, medium and firm. That was perfect for us.
We went for the 50 mins, if I was doing it again I would pay a bit extra and do the 80 mins.

What a beautiful oasis to escape the hot weather and busy poolside during this time of the resort high season. As this spa uses L’Occitane products, I did not hesitate to choose the Aromatique massage with the Lavender oil. I also had a complimentary 30-min foot massage as part of my room package with Accor Plus More Escape.
My husband came the evening before for sun soothing treatment due to long exposure to the sun at the pool. It was a great treatment with wrap and cold compress to soothe the sunburn.
Each treatment room has its own unique name (Lemongrass, Relaxing, Exhilarating, etc… ), in-room toilet, shower cum steam room, and a closet with amenities.
The Spa offers prices for peak hours (1200-2000) and off-peak hours (1000-1200 & 2000-2200). There is also Happy Hour promo from 1200-1400 for Thai and Oil Massage 60/90 mins at discounted price. For Club room guests, there is 15% discount, and for my room package, we got 25% discount on top of the off-peak hour pricing.
It is really a VIP treatment, great to pamper ourselves, and well worth paying the extras though you get a cheaper treatment at Ao Nang Beach. We love the attention given during registration where we fill up the questionnaire, and during treatment, my therapist constantly checked if I was fine with the pressure. It is indeed the personal touch, thoughtfulness and attention given that we were impressed with and valued the service here. My therapist even made a special braid on my hair to complement my dress, and informed me of the weekend night market at the Krabi Town / attractions at Ao Nang Beach.
Highly recommended and will be back, and I’m considering booking the room package with daily spa treatment.

Flew down from Bangkok to Krabi and had a 40 minute drive to Sofitel on the beach here. Lots to do if you want or just relax and kick back. Restaurant’s a short walk down the beach. Come visit this beautiful spa. Had an amazing massage with Wan. Taken great care of and feel so much better for that massage. Thank you. Love the ginger tea. Back tomorrow for more.

Lately i went to Spa with l‘occitane Krabi.
Mr. K. Tam did a very good job, with manicure and pedicure. I was happy. My nails look perfect for a good price. I can recommand the treatment there.

I received a very nice aromatic massage from Young Mr. Tam. I asked for a firm massage and so I felt I got more than the usual aromatic massage. It was a very nice full body massage that made me very relaxed. I even dozed off a bit. The hot ginger tea and the coconut cookie was a very nice suprise and special extra. I also very much enjoyed the drink With cassis and ice before the treatment.
I can really recommend this Spa.

I had the pleasure to visit the Loccitane spa on my first holiday day at the Sofitel hotel 11.3.2019 Monday.
I wanted to take a pedicure to get my feet holiday ready and also to do it in some clean and trustworthy place, rather than a beach parlour.
I must say that I have never experienced so relaxing pedicure, it was done the way that I was relaxing in a massage bed during the whole treatment. Also I was lucky to get such a caring therapist, Mr. Tam, who made my feet look like brand new! After the treatment he also served me great fresh ginger tea.

My partner and I enjoyed a very therapeutic and relaxing couples full body Aromachologie Massage. Beautiful, fragrant, relaxing atmosphere and we highly recommend Mr Tam and Ms Ae, as they made the experience a 10/10 🙏🏻

Went here two times, for body scrub and for pedicure. Each time when making my reservation I was asked if it was ok with a male therapist. It was fine with me so I said yes but I much appreciated and thought it was great service to check with me if it was fine. Then I had the same male therapist both times. I think he was called u. TAM or something likewise and he had a really professionel approach, explained every step carefully and I felt I was in super good hands. Lots of roses for the SPA and for my therapist. After both treatments I stayed in the SPA for a while enjoying wonderful ginger tea and cookie. Al together I very nice experience and I recommend this SPA.

Thank you for inquiring about So SPA with L’OCCITANE – Where awake your senses and feel re-energized with a selection of health and beauty treatments.
Please be informed that we have several treatments in our So Spa. Our spa promotion for this month (March) is “ A day at So SPA Package” for 2.30 hrs. It starts from 30 minutes steam bath, following by 60 minutes body scrub and finishing with 60 minutes Traditional Thai massage. Single price is only 4,000++ THB, couple price is 7000++ THB.
All Prices are quoted in Thai Baht subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
So SPA with L’OCCITANE welcomes you from 10.00 am to 10.00pm daily. We highly recommend to reserve your treatment time in advance.
The transportation to Sofitel is not inclusive. If you wish to book the pick up, kindly contact us in advance so that we will inform you the price.
