Outstanding Afternoon

We had a wonderful afternoon at Eberly Winery. We made a reservation for a tasting and tour of their caves. We got a taste of their Chardonnay as we waited for our tour. The tour was about 15 minutes long and we had a great tour guide that led us through the winery’s process and answered our questions. It was a group of six of us on the tour and after the tour we all sat together for the remainder of the wine tasting where we all agreed the various red wines were the best. It was a hot day, but sitting on the covered patio was fine and the large charcuterie purchased gave all six of us enough to nibble on as we tasted the wines. Eberly treated us well and their tasting is free! We highly recommend this place.

We did the tasting and cave tour, and really enjoyed everything. We also had a charcuterie tray during our tasting, and it was very good.

Excellent wines! Patio was nice and staff was attentive. Award winning wines. Owner is there most days and is willing to hang out and talk about wines. We missed the cave tour. Will need to come back

Great tasting and really good wines. Our server, Dennis was a delight and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend it and it’s dog friendly too.

We had a wonderful experience at Eberle. The short cave tour was interesting but not overly long and the outside deck overlooking the vineyard provided a perfect atmosphere for wine tasting. The wines were lovely and we were even able to watch some of the grapes come in while we were sipping. We added a few extra wines and snacks to our complimentary tasting, as well as taking a few bottles to go. Highly recommend Eberle!

Great experience and tour

I am not much of a wine drinker but I have been to a few wineries and this one has been one of my favorites. It offers an affordable tour of the grounds and man made caves for wine storage. It is really informative and comes with a few wine samples. The wine was underrated and in my opinion better than some of the bigger name wineries in Paso Robles. Everything here was affordable and I considered stopping bye again on the same trip instead of trying a new place.

I applaud the Eberle Winery for continuing to provide a completely complimentary wine tasting & cave tour experience. Other wineries would charge $30 or more per person. Wonderful wines & cave tour!

A great place to relax and unwind

We had a wonderful time in Eberle. We walked in without a reservation and they were able to accommodate us right away. Our server (an older gentleman, sorry to forget the name) was delightful. The tasting was complementary (as was the tour) and we ended up getting another glass to enjoy after. However, do not go for the educational part of the tour. It is a very short and simple tour of the cellars. If that is what you wish, I believe they have some paid tours and tastings that might be more complete.

Stopped at this winery on a Friday morning hoping we could be seated as we didn't have a reservation. It was recommended by a friend who had stopped there. They seated us and to our surprise the tastings were free of charge. They said they were the only winery still doing free tastings. The wine was great and the people were very nice. Bought a bottle of red wine and they asked us if there was any military affiliation. My husband was in the AF in the 60s and they gave us a 40% discount!
I recommend this winery for sure but suggest you make a reservation. We got lucky because it was early in the morning.

Great place and awesome tastings

One of few free tastings that remain in area. We enjoyed our tasting with Tamara and she recommended wonderful places to eat while we were in town. We joined their club and took a cave tour and enjoyed a club tasting the next day. Must stop on a PR tasting tour!
