I am so impressed with The Italian Pottery Outlet in every way. I wanted to buy Christmas and birthday gifts so I called them and they were so helpful. Since we live on the east coast, I was concerned about shipping the items cross-country but when I received them, they were packed so well. I could tell great care was taken. Communications with Adele and Zoe were great the whole time. The items were beautiful and we were very impressed. I really like the product selection and the customer service and over-all care was very impressive. I'm now a loyal customer of theirs.

Excellent selection of fine pottery made in Italy. Very helpful staff.

Loved this store. Felt like I was in Italy. They have beautiful merchandise, ended up buying plastic blue green glasses that were super pretty. Also, got a very pricey hand painted lemon ceramic that is great for holding mail or recipes. Love to buy something to remember my weekend in Santa Barbara.

I recently broke a piece to an olive oil pourer that I purchased in Italy a few years ago. Upon searching online for companies who make similar products, I reached out to Adele at Italian Pottery Outlet asking for help. Not only did she assist me, but she also searched through her inventory to do everything she could to help. I want to reiterate that the piece I broke did not come from this store - Adele really just wanted to help. Even with the current COVID-19 pandemic, I still received the piece I needed within a few short days. I will forever be grateful and would highly recommend Italian Pottery Outlet to anyone looking for a genuinely good company.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are a family owned business and we do our best to treat every customer as family as well. I always tell our new hires that if we don't have what our customer wants, then find it somewhere else for them. We truly just want everyone to have a wonderful experience when they work with us. We re-opened the store in June with half staff and shorter hours, but as least we were able to open. If you need anything else, please let me know and stay safe out there!

If I ever need to get a gift for anyone in my family, I come here. There's something for everybody and at every price point. You can get clever stocking stuffers or nice wedding/ christmas/ birthday gifts that are all unique since everything is handmade and painted in Italy and imported. The staff is also really knowledgeable and friendly. They know their stuff!

Don't miss this beautiful store if you are visiting Santa Barbara. The owner is so gracious and welcoming. They go out of their way to make the customer feel appreciated. The pottery is gorgeous along with so many beautiful gifts and treasures to take home.They will ship anything also.
