In our nearly 20 years of business, this is the very first time a guest has found issue with our communication. Our clients have been very happy with the fact that we have an associate in the office six days per week! We’ve found that our guests actually appreciate the email confirmations that we send, which clearly confirm the reservation date, number of guests, pickup location, and pickup time. These can be easily referred to/documented/printed/saved, etc. With phone calls, many people do not answer if it’s from a number they don’t recognize, and voicemails can easily be deleted, or voicemail boxes can be full. Should our guests decide to change hotels or have any deviation from their original reservation, they always let us know in advance. If they have questions, they feel free to call us (and vice-versa). Do hotels, airlines, or restaurants call each of their guests the night before to confirm? This would be excessive. We trust that our guests are adults, and would be in contact if anything had changed. With 19 years in business, Stagecoach Co. Wine Tours values clear and efficient communication.
