Never thought I would write that, but here I am, waiting for the dental surgeon due to medical emergency after the procedure.
As it happens, I had an appointment scheduled with Preston Wynne Spam and I will not be able to make to my appointment for my best frien's birthday(!) due to the emergency at hand.
The owner rudely refused to make an exception and not charge my account for less than 48 hours cancellation - although I was trying to reschedule my appointment for the next week.
Now, I absolutely understand, the policy of the salon with late cancellations, but life is unpredictable and emergencies happen.
I am more than willing to forego a few hundreds dollars I spent on the gift card for a friend of mine with this business, but will never again consider dealing with a business owner, that refuses to accommodate her own customers.
I would also NOT recommend anyone to deal with this type of situation because, again - life is unpredictable for all of us and having to deal with being in a lot of physical pain AND with a rude and not willing to be understanding business owner is not worth it in my opinion.

I have been going to preston wynne for many years. it is a lovely respite from the frenetic world that is silicon valley. The facials i receive from laura are the best. i have experienced many facials during my seventy five years. She is skilled, allows me to withdraw into my own world while giving me an extraordinary hour of superlative care. i always leave feeling renewed and refreshed and my skin feels reborn. Today i had to receive an emergency phone call due to a medical emergency of a grandchild while waiting for my appointment. I hate the use of cell phones anywhere in public but it was a call i had to take. a lady who was waiting for an appointment complained to the management. It did not seem to matter to her that i was using words like hospital and doctors and was certainly not carrying on a conversation about social issues. Laura mentioned it to me at the end of my session. She handled it in a gracious and almost apologetic manner. Though the criticism stung under the circumstances she handled a difficult situation with grace. I will continue to go back because of the professionalism of all the staff there. It is an oasis of serenity where for a short time....one can completely relax and be pampered

Great local spot to get a fantastic facial. I am never disappointed. The staff is professional and the venue is a lovely retreat from the outside world. I usually call last minute and have never been disappointed by my esthetician. The collagen facial is a rest treat and my skin always feels completely revitalized. The products are exceptionally good as well. Ask for laura or rochelle.......all good but these two are really special.

Once again Preston Wynne Spa made me feel amazing. Debbie is fantastic as always. I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and so grateful for the massage. If you need a place to go alone or with a group, this is worth the drive, the cost and your time. So amazing I will be back again in a couple months.

I had a massage by Debbie whom is my favorite massage therapist at Preston Wynne in Saratoga. The 75 minute massage was relaxing and did it's job. I left feeling very good and slept great that evening. I will be back for another in April.

I've been to many lovely spas, but the pedicures here are simply the best. I've returned many times over the past several years. The comfortable armchairs are outfitted with an excellent assortment of throw pillows to allow for good lumbar and neck support. Soothing music, immaculately clean utensils, and therapeutic lower leg and foot massages all contribute to a rejuvenating experience. I'd like to see a few more nail polish colors added to the offerings, but other than that tiny issue, it's an absolutely wonderful place.

I've been going to PRESTON WYNNE for years for my pedicures. The attendants are cognizant of your every need and every comfort. The facility is immaculate as are their habits toward cleanliness in performing their pedicures. They're far and away one of the best spas in Silicon Valley.

We went here as our last thing to do before we went to the airport for our overnight flight back to the east coast. We did this couples bath and massage. It was heaven! I have never received a professional massage before and it was amazing. I don't remember the girls name that did mine, but she definitely listened and made sure what pressure was good for me since I was afraid it was going to hurt. It didn't hurt at all. I loved it and would come back if I were ever in the area again. It was so relaxing and perfect!

I'm a huge spa connoisseur, been to practically every one in and around the bay area, and this is by far the best. My massage, facial, and the products I was sold (an SPF moisturizer and an eye cream) were all fabulous. This has become my go-to spa, I try to get in at least once a month.

This spa was recommended to us while we were visiting the area. The spa is located on the main drag in Saratoga (a quaint town). There are plenty of public parking lots nearby (free). We had massages and facials. The attendants were professional and attentive. They also have showers for the guests, so you don't have to leave with massage oil all over you (helpful since we went right to dinner afterwards). We would definitely recommend this spa to anyone in the area.
