Spectacular! It will not disappoint. The pictures do not do it justice. Excellent little beach town. We went after season in October and it was so peaceful and quiet.

This beach is located next to a small town. When we were there, parking was plentiful. Views are excellent, and it is a nice long beach. Worth a stop.

We stopped at Stinson beach for about an hour after visiting Muir Woods. The drive from the Muir Beach Overlook along the cost to Stinson beach is breathtaking. The last week in September was not swimming weather but it was still beautiful to walk the beach and wade in the water. A cute little down to stop in for a drink before heading on.

A trip to Stinson Beach was recommended to me and it certainly didn’t disappoint. I visited on Christmas Eve and loved every minute of walking along its lovely sandy shores.
It wasn’t particularly busy when I was there. There was a real mixture of people using the beach and this created a lovely atmosphere.
The beach provides you with a really good walk and at the point I entered (near the main car park) there were bathroom and showering facilities.
There are also plenty of coffee shops close by to grab a drink and a bite to eat.
There are some wonderful photo opportunities

This is a shout out for a different Stinson Beach experience - the popular viewing spots on the surrounding of the sunset over the beach. We had to look for hill spot of our own, as many were already occupied, some with large groups enjoying BBQs. A lovely experience, and a really enjoyable way to enjoy the end of a beautiful day.

This beach was a fun stop after we had hiked through Muir Woods. It was another beautiful California beach and one I would recommend stopping at if you're in the area. It is easy to park and walk to the beach and there is a lot of ocean "treasure" to be found.

Lovely beach to enjoy, looked like many many families and people of all ages here are finding ways to enjoy themselves here. Lots of shells and sand dollars to collect and lounging on the sand in the late afternoon sun amoungst the human element. Lovely time and lovely beach and environment here.

Just beautiful! Easy access to the beach. Weather and water were perfect. Loved the atmosphere. Kids and doggies running around having a blast. There was a guy making huge bubbles. So cool. Will definitely go back.

It’s a wonderful place for someone to come to enjoy if they never been to the beach it’s wonderful and it’s very quiet you can park at the park and then take your shoes off and go straight to the water it’s wonderful but check the weather sometimes the weather can be different

Three are not many ocean beaches around the Bay Area, but this is probably the prettiest. The water is usually too cold for swimming but on a sunny day this place is jammed. And on a foggy day, it's just gorgeous.
