We enjoy visiting Ukiah’s Saturday morning Farmers’ Market. It’s small, charming and intimate. We feel the main draw is Princess Seafood… they offer lots of fresh options! Last week we also picked up a loaf of amazing sour dough bread.

We love the Ukiah Farmers Market and once you start seeing the New faces you realize that more folks are turning this into their Saturday Morning Ritual and that folks visiting get a taste of this little gem!

I love Saturday mornings downtown at the Ukiah Farmer's Market. All the vendors work so hard to bring all their goods for sales. I especially love the baked goods from Rolands Bakery in Willits, CA. The fish, meats and vegetables, the samplings of foods, the music, makes the start of the weekend so pleasant.

Our local farmers market welcomes visitors as well! Live music, story time for young kids, and prepared breakfast options make it a great spot to pass through, and if you're set up to prepare food, dive into the meat, fish, cheese, breads and copious fruits and vegetables. Shop bottom-up for staple items you'll dress up later, or top-down for accents like fresh herbs, flavored olive oil and balsamic vinegars. It's very hard to go wrong here, so come check it out.

Ukiah Farmer's Market is a great place to spend your morning. The selection is great! It's so nice to come home with a beautiful bunch of sunflowers and a load of fresh vegetables and fruit after a walk through the friendly market. I recommend this experience to all friends and family.

The Ukiah Farmers Market has grown, diversified, and is now a really great resource for food and more. It's on a long section of School Street with the Alex Thomas Plaza bordering the east side. Often live music gives nice background to booths abundant with locally grown, excellent, produce. Locally produced baked goods (Roland's Bakery, for one), honey, herbs & spices and other products are there for your shopping needs and pleasure. I especially am grateful for the vendors with fresh local fish and seafood (Fish Peddler), local grass-fed clean beef (John Ford Ranch), and other vendors also offering locally raised lamb and pork. There's always something to catch your child's attention besides the delicious fruits and veggies and the wide open grassy plaza for playing. If you can, take a bag with a cold pack to keep your goods cool so you don't have to hurry yourself and can enjoy all the offerings and good community at this market. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

The energy which has been put into organizing the Ukiah Farmers Market is evident. The lay-out, the increased number of vendors and the attitude of the customers prove that this is a priority for the community. I was able to find some great local beef, fresh veggies as well as a great cup of coffee last Saturday morning.

Nice small Farmer's market where prepared food is also available. Locals can sell their home grown food there. People make jam, baked goods & other home made items.

I buy most of my fish, met and poultry at the market as well as salad and fresh vegetables. They often have a great selection of herbs, vegetable starts and flowers. It is sociable and walking distance from my house.
