Many years ago I visited the museum and I loved it. All the interesting history and trivia. I remember the story of the teeth marks on the bannister on the stairs. The museum upstairs was a step back in time with all the mining implements and such. At the time of my visit my son had bought a home in Black Hawk and was living there. At that time upstairs there was a big map on the wall showing different mining claims. Is it possible to get a print of that map? I would pay whatever the purchase price would be plus all the shipping and handling costs. That map fascinated me so much because it appears like some of the mines were located above or below other mines. I would really appreciate any information on how to obtain a copy of that unique map.
