Recently had the pleasure of experiencing the FAR Infrared sauna session and loved the atmosphere and especially the privacy!! Fluffy robes and wraps were all available and a shower to rinse off! Lovely experience. Michelle was very helpful and most accommodating! I shall return and stay longer!

Lacey where is my massage therapist and she was fantastic. I called a number of other massage places they were not able to get me in at fit body was which I’m very glad that they were able to schedule me. I would definitely come back to this place any and every time I go to Colorado Springs.

Victor did a wonderful job with my birthday massage! He was kind and friendly with a great disposition and knew how to work the knots out of my back! Enjoyable experience!

Every other Saturday morning at 9am, this fitness and massage boutique offers a unique exercise experience via a bleachers based group fitness class outdoors. The view of the mountains is spectacular and the instructor is very skilled and intuitive when it comes to working with each individual's ability. I should know, I am not an athlete and I was grateful for the encouragement and customization during my workout I get bored running on a treadmill and doing my own fitness routine, and this class was just the breath of fresh air I needed for my fitness routine. Whether you are traveling from out of town or a local looking for a new activiity, you will enjoy the amazing views and a very intense workout. I should mention that I have gone to this studio for almost 2 years for personal training and massage therapy. Only recently did I start attending bleachers regularly and I thought, wow, this would be a fun activity for a fitness minded traveler, so thought I would suggest to anyone interested. See you at the Bleachers :)
