We were contemplating renting a car vs getting a shuttle for our group of 5 to get from Denver to Breckenridge and back. Glad we decided on this shuttle. Both legs were great. On the first leg, they were able to move our shuttle from 1130 to 1030 since we were all set to go earlier than expected. Both drivers were awesome, funny, and just had nice personalities. The first driver, Dominic, had to wait for us a bit because we went to the wrong side of the building for pickup. The second driver, Jesse, got us through bad conditions safely. Communication was on point and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Peak 1 Express for all our future trips here.

My first experience with Peak 1 Express has been great! I haven't even gotten on my return shuttle yet, and I'm already feeling compelled to give them a rave review. Making the reservation was a breeze, and they texted me the day before my reservation with detailed, easy to follow instructions on where to find the pick up area. The shuttle was on time, and the driver was so nice (I feel terrible that I forgot his name)! He was so personable, and gave us lots of cool facts about the area as we traveled through. We made one stop in Georgetown so we could use the facilities or pick up anything we needed from the store there. Once back on the road, the driver checked in with those of us being dropped off in Vail to see if we still wanted to go there, or if Beaver Creek would be more convenient. I am glad he did this, because it actually was more convenient for my friend who was picking me up, and I hadn't realized that when making my reservation. He quickly made a call to dispatch requesting the change on my behalf and the office called me right away to confirm. No hassle whatsoever.
For my return shuttle, I called the office the afternoon before my reservation to see about changing my pick up from Vail to a place closer to where I am staying in Edwards. Mandy was so polite and helpful, and again the process was hassle free.
Good customer service is frustratingly hard to find these days, and everyone I have spoken with from Peak 1 Express has been amazing! They all seemed genuinely happy to help. I will definitely be using them for my future travels to the area.

Our driver, Myles Denver, paid attention to every detail. He was very friendly, efficient and professional. He kept us informed of any changes, always keeping his passengers in the loop. Definitely was a great experience and we will utilize Peak 1 Express on our next trip to Breckenridge!

The customer service at Peak1 is fantastic! We had a 12:30 shuttle scheduled to take us from DIA to Breckenridge. Our flight continued to be delayed, but Peak1 kept getting us rebooked. Jess and Randy were so great! Both of them called me back when our calls got dropped. They were kind, professional, competent, caring, and efficient! Once we made it to Denver the pick up was super convenient and easy. Our driver, Jeff, was equally wonderful. He was super organized and patient with everyone waiting to get on. He kept us informed of the stops and provided us with water. It was super nice not having to drive in the snow and traffic. Thank you!

The best driver I have had in years. I flew in all the way from Hawaii just to come skiing and oh my gosh was I surprised by the service that I got. Wallingford Adams took care of me and my three month baby going up to Vail. He made sure that we were all comfortable and safe. And he even got down our skis.

Super awesome ride! Tina Marie was so kind and funny and told me a lot of fun facts about Colorado. Super safe driver and definitely did not feel like a 2 hour drive.

Rode with Myles from Denver airport to Silverthorne. Nice clean van, free snacks and drinks, relaxing music, good conversation. By far the cheapest option to get from the airport to our cabin, especially late at night as we landed at 11:30. Ride was smooth and spacious, even with the wind, and Myles knew about every little town we passed on the way that I had questions about. My wife is prone to getting carsick in taxis and Ubers, but had no complaints here, which also made my life much easier. Definitely recommend this option as it is cheaper, easier, and gets you directly to the place you need to go (even a little cabin in the middle of no where like where we’re at).
Also, even at night, the views outside the ride are crazy nice. I reckon you would get them with any ride, but our driver knew each mountain I pointed to.

I love our experince with peak1express. Shuttle was clean, nice and warm. We reserved for 11am ride, but arrived earlier and our baggage was given quickly, so they allowed us to join 10am ride! We had a ride with Tina Marie and it was super comfortable. Great driver who cared about passengers!

My driver from Breckenridge to the airport was Myles. He was awesome. He made sure everyone was comfortable, had wifi, drinks/snacks. Super courteous. Great experience!
