Cozy taproom, large open patio. Small beer selection but all are excellent. The bartenders are knowledgeable and outgoing. We ordered food from their restaurant partner. Salad and pizza were delicious. Highly recommend this family owned, local brewery!

We were driving through Louisville and stopped and had a beer. What a great place. They have a lot of selection as a taproom. The Blood Orange Kolsch was excellent.

This is great little brewery. Good beer, great staff, a few tasty food offerings, a fun atmosphere, and dog-friendly. We'll be back!

Sampled the Naughty Marilyn and Son of a Butch #3; loved the Marilyn. I visited on their 6th anniversary, and the Caribbean Food was great, along with the friendly staff and guests. Great unexpected treat hidden away in a technology park!

Cool pub with unique beers. We tried the South Ridge Amber and Coffee Butch. Omg, coffee butch is a surprisingly tasty ale with an obvious hint of coffee that collide to create...magic. But, on the dark side, its One of the few breweries in the area that charge for a taste. Bummer.

After sampling their lineup over the last year and a half I can only share that everything they brew has quality, character, and balance that few operations achieve. Solano is alone worth the trip to visit them (World-class Chili Beer), but 13 IPA, South Ridge Amber, and Naughty Marilyn are all regulars that shouldn't be missed. On top of their regular lineup they rotate small batches of other brews throughout the year giving visitors ample reason to come back each month to try something new. Lastly, they offer simple but tasty food options at their taproom which make settling down over a couple pints an experience rather than a quick stop. Crystal Springs should be a regular stop if you like good craft suds and are in the Louisville, CO area.

This family run brewery is a fun place to meet up with friends and enjoy sports on their big screen TVs. The friendly owners and staff add to the fun environment!! Even though this brewerly is not in the heart of downtown Louisville, you will not be disappointed - check it out!!
