Excellent movie theater will return for sure the only bad part was the movie that we selected Bullet Train So bad we left after 25 minutes

I was going to purchase a bottle of water for 4.25, I asked for an empty cup to put ice in and was told the cup costs 4.25 bringing the total to 8.50. I put the water back. Can not believe there are no complimentary cups. They should be made available or at most charge the ten cents you pay for it. I am a movie club member and went quite often. This is poor customer relations at its best.

Decided to go out with the family to the movies for the first time in years. The amount of money it costs for a movie now a days always turns us off. But we wanted too see the new Bad Boys so decided to splurge. Locatoon is perfect and plenty of parking, plus not far from highway (91). Easy system to get in and pay, no real wait. The theater was good size but we found the isles to be dirty from last showing and the seats were not as comfortable as we would hope.

I have watched a film in every single auditorium at this Cinemark location. The XD theater is absolutely amazing. Each theater is always clean along with the bathrooms also. Management is excellent along with the predominantly young staff. On busy weekends a North Haven Police officer is always there.
Never had any problems there, if you live in the local area it’s a no brainer. Parking is abundant! Best theater in the state in my humble opinion!!!!

Cinemark in North Haven, CT is a great place to catch a movie. I recommend signing up to be a Movie Fan Member. They give you a free large (yes, I said LARGE) popcorn for your birthday. Each purchase accumulates points for various incentives. The concession stand employees are friendly and fast. Overall, the staff on Friday night was all very nice. The reclining assigned seats (of your choosing) make it less stressful. I used to HATE arriving at a movie theater early, picking our seats of choice, only to be told to MOVE IN when late arrivals show up. I mean, come on! I arrived early for a seat of my choice -- especially for new releases. The sound system made you feel like you were in the midst of the action packed movie.

Love the reclining leather seats with plenty of legroom. Also like to pick where I'm going to sit in advance and know that's where my seats will be when I get there. Purchasing tickets in advance is helpful and makes planning dinner before the show easier knowing you're all set when you get there at the last minute.

Very comfortable seats. You must make prior reservations as some shows are sold out . Also you might not like to be seated in the first couple of rows against the screen

I drive 20 miles every week to go to this theator and bypass ones in my area. They have recling seats, great snack bar and serve coffee, ice cream and beer, wine and hard cider. The place is always clean. Recomend making reservations on line due to limited seating due to the space recliners take up No fee for online reservations if you are a movie club member. Worth joining the Movie Club, no charge for reservations dicouts in snack bar, Each month they charge you for one ticket and if you don't use it it carries over.

These reclining seats are comfy but my hubby lost his wallet and never found it. Police were out front. Nobody told us what was happening. I asked and nobody knew. Next day I read online they found a gun magazine in the seat. It would of been nice to been told so we could of decided to stay or leave. All these mass shootings this scared me. Sorry won't be returning here due to lack of safe communicqtion.
