I had a gift card, they would not let me use it for a service at the current price. They said if i used the gift card I had to pay more sunce the current price was a promotion. explained the gift card was a payment method and full price was paid for it. They did not care and were not even nice about it. Upon leaving I saw them running after a customer asking for a larger tip... Then another time many months later I tried again, there was still money on my gift card. They said it expired and is garbage. It was only 1 week past expiration. I didn't know it expired. I was told the purchaser knew. I was told its not their problem its mine....AVOID this place!

Went with girlfriends for 60 min.foot massage (that also included shoulder, back, neck and head massage) and it was heavenly. I had a man named Denis and he was terrific! The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and their options!

I have now been to this foot spa 3 times and each time is better then the last.
Don’t be fooled by the casual entrance and inner lobby. When you are walked into the sanctuary where it is amazingly peaceful and quiet, you begin to understand that this is going to be special.
You are seated and put your feet in a soaking tub while you have a message on your back, neck, and temples. You are the given a full recliner where your feet and legs are given the most incredible massage. It is so relaxing that when it is over you are surprised to find a lovely cup of tea placed next to you and you feel absolutely revitalized and relaxed.
The men that work on you do not engage with you at all. This makes it extremely comfortable and totally non-threatening or weird.
The facility is extremely clean and very professional.
The price is so good you need to call and ask for yourself. You will be shocked and pleasantly surprised at why you didn’t know about this fabulous escape sooner. I highly recommend this place.

Have been coming to Bellagio foot spa for over a year. The last two months they have not been up to par. Had the worst foot massage of my life today. My younger child could have done a better job. No one speaks English so you can't tell them what is wrong. I will no longer be a customer. I have told the management the last two times and all he said was I am sorry. Well now I am done.

Wonderfully relaxing. I can't wait to go back. One of the nicest massages I have ever had. Would highly recommend this Foot Spa!

Great clean place needed to wind down my 3rd time here & very relaxing for an hour
Staff is friendly and very welcoming
Hot nice China tea after your ALL done is a nice touch !

It's Hidden in the corner of big shopping center- I spotted the blinking OPEN sign
@ 8:pm it's really not the best spot for this awesome place but I guess u can't miss that neon sign -people will see it & hopefully find THIS tranquil place !
I just walked in & was able to get a 1/2 hour foot massage ( what a tease )but I was looking to really get the 1+1/2 hour foot massage
As I walked in a well dressed guy approached me he was very friendly
I understand they were closing @ 9:pm
But I got the real short version of what they specialize in -
So U lay down in a lazy boy type of long reclining chair : they cover u with a towel to keep u warm & the guy worked on my sore feet up to the knee. The lights were dim , the room has nice Decor - I think it's a great idea they have a sign { so u don't have to talk: MORE oR GENTLE pressure & u can turn the sign so there's no chitt chatt
I luv how they were very quiet not to disturb others while the services were in the process & the clients are able to relax • not a lot of places keep the noise & talking down: so I'm all done, a nice cup of tea was waiting for me .. That's a nice touch! But, I got very jealous the people just walked in got the works the usual basket of warm water to soak your feet is the best- plus mini back massage ! Honestly, I didn't have an appointment the other 2 people did
My fault need to plan better --
check out my pic's to see how tranquil it is - I will def head back when I visit sunny Fl. Again the guy was very appreciate of my business & apologized that I wasn't able to get a long treatment.Even though the sign says • WALK INS •
If u wanna relax after a long day @ the beach ---GO here to relax just book an appointment !

What a wonderful surprise. You won't regret a trip to bellagio foot spa. Comfortable, elegant, back and neck massage included. Will definitely be back!
