I had an unfortunate medical emergency with my job (I work in the medical field) which caused me to be 15 mins for my appointment. The owner Todd greeted me at the door to try and rush me back, when I confronted him and asked him to adjust the time, he said he couldn't do that, no matter what the excuse. I then said I would leave an appropriate review due to this, and slid my consent form back to him, albeit in frustrating manner. He then told me to leave. No massage, no refund. Nothing. I've been there before and it's not a great spa to begin with, only reason I returned is the Groupon special they run, which means they aren't doing well to begin with. You're much better off going to Divine Designs Spa. It's much nicer, cleaner and if you have the unfortunate event that causes you to be late, they won't take your time AWAY. They're very accommodating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBPAR SPA. STAY AWAY!!

We purchased the couple's massage. My wife didn't enjoy hers as much as I enjoyed mine. The customer service was great.
This massage place is a bit different from the other ones I've visited in the metro-Tampa area. It didn't have the typical music. Nor did it have any Eastern religious themes.
I really enjoyed it. I'll be back.

My wife and I purchased a "60 minute massage". We arrived 5 min late. I apologized for being late and David at the front desk said no big deal. What we received was a 40 minute massage. I confronted the manager after we were done and he said "you should've read the fine print because 10 minutes of your massage is accounted for getting undressed and dressed". I said then you shouldn't advertise a 60 minute massage. He also stated because my wife had to use the rest room that was another 5 minutes deducted. He could care less if we were satisfied customers and expressed no concern if we returned. Needless to say we won't. If you want to get what you pay for I'd recommend going somewhere else.

I visited Massage Green for the first time with a Groupon. I was really impressed with the ambience of the facility. It was great to go into a business and not have a TV blaring in the waiting room. They use only hypoallergenic & unscented oils, which is good for those of us with allergies to essential oils and fragrances. The massage therapists are professional and skilled. Clients are treated with respect and courtesy. In fact, I enjoyed my first visit much I purchased a wellness plan from them. If you are looking for a place to get a massage, this is the place to go!
