Today is 11/8 I just got off the phone Don Divine Divine Design on a Miele that I go out on a big post got series series savings is back blowouts massage nails and facials $25 on the bottom it says special offers may not be combined it with any other offer fine it went from $25 to $80 I've been there since those doors open that is false advertisement and the rip off and I'm going to pass this everywhere I can I get 2500 contacts on my phone in the Brandon area

Just moved in the area and they offered us a cleanse and cut to try out the salon. Took my daughter for her birthday and it was very nice. Risa did my hair and she is very talented, products are top notch and everyone there was professional and courteous. Only downside is the stylist who did my daughter’s hair cut her bangs too short and not really even, so disappointing. Since it was perfect otherwise.

How do you write a review for the only place you will go for a pedicure? I used to go to the less expensive, in-out style places for my nails. They are in personal and forget about a real appointment. My sister took me to Divine a few years ago and I was hooked. Not only is the spa a REAL spa, they are clean, respectful and stay true to their appointment times. You can book online, as well as, take advantage of their packages and specials.
What sets them apart of every other salon or spa is the personal service they give. Rooms are small, never hot or stuffy and staff is always pleasurable. Even my young niece loves to go and has become one of their youngest divas in-training.
If you want to go to a real salon spa, were they offer you coffeemor flavored water when you arrive, this is your place. If you love a salon spa who is on-time and keeps everyones schedule just so, this is your place. If you are like me, were you want to go back to the same place and book the same staff, this is your place. Give it a try and you'll be hooked too!

Divine Designs is a bit of a drive from where I live, but I gave them a try last year after finding them via online search and had an amazing experience with a hot stone massage. I finally got back there recently for another hot stone and had another wonderfully relaxing experience.
This time, the masseuse noticed my back was in knots. Now, I'm kind of a weenie, so I can't handle really hard pressure, but she did a great job of tackling my problem spots. I left incredibly relaxed and limber.
It's a very quiet and mellow vibe in the massage area, and there's nothing better than following up a great appointment with a few minutes in the lounge with a mimosa in hand.
Will definitely find my way back here. Love it!

I got a gift card last year Christmas 2016 from my lovely niece. i had not seen a stylist in longer than i care to.admit , . I guess it did NOT go unnoticed. But i digress. I took the plunge and made the appointment . I got the new comer special . Haircut , single process color and style $99. Great deal. It is POSH on the inside ,they gave me a tour it is amazing how much they pack into the space. I was inspired , I asked ifi could add a facial. I also decided to go Big or go home . I had the stylist take me from Brunette to a honey Blonde . Im thrilled with Maribel and highly recommend her especially to Curly Girls . The bill for happiness was $289 , Hair Cut , Color , Full Highlights toning glaze and a facial 45 min (Mamosa X3) 4 hrs

We moved to the Riverview 3 years ago from the Westchase area and were looking for a good quality place to take our business, Divine Salon seemed to be the place; and it was for a while. Quality stayed the same for the last 2 years and customer service has been declining, this last year the overall quality and cleanliness of the place is clearly down; customer service has declined sharply to say the least.
Five issues this year so far and the one on Saturday was the last. They have lost us as customers. And with that our +$3k we spend there. Here are the latest three:
I started to go less and less after an incident involving me calling to pay for my wife's services, once in a while I like to surprise her and for 2.5 years they have always accommodated. When I called in to pay for her service the person on the phone denied to do this and stated I needed to fill out a form, I explained I was at work and had done this multiple times and did not understand what was the issue...after 35 minutes on the phone (filling out the form) he acknowledges all was good and settled. When my wife finished and went out, she was charged for the services, disregarding my instructions. I stopped by after work to see what had happened and the response I got NEXT TIME IT WOULD BE BEST TO BUY A GIFT CARD FOR HER IN ADVANCE...What!?!? What this clueless person forgot to research on my account, was that I buy $1,000 to $2,000 gift cards for my wife and mother every year. Since they would not care for my time or wishes, this was the last time I visited until last month.
The second incident happened to my mom, trying to buy a gift card for my wife. Same issue...multiple paperwork, 20 questions, all this personal information to sell you a freaking gift card; my mom denied them this information, as she only wanted a $250 gift card to gift away and now she is getting interrogated. Apparently, they need a recipient for it...so if you change your mind or decide to give it to someone else you are f@cked. The rude person at the reception desk told her THOSE ARE THE RULES HERE AND IF SHE DID NOT PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION SHE COULD NOT SELL HER A GIFT CARD. What a narrowminded way of conducting business.
Lastly, this happened this Saturday (11/4/17). I showed up for a haircut as the person I cut my hair, in another salon, with now was on vacation. My 4-year-old decide that he wanted to tag along, as he has done multiple times with my wife and me, and we got there to be received by an overzealous receptionist that right way made me know kids were not allowed in the salon; I told her he's been back before and never had an issue. Instead of checking me in, she decided to call the manager and not check me in. A person that I have never seen in the salon before showed up, claiming to be the manager, and quoted some bogus county code (my lawyer checked and there is no such code, so this is now a discrimination case) as the reason for not letting us in; so, when I asked her "Are you expecting me to leave my 4-year-old in the waiting room?", she had said NO, HE CANNOT STAY HERE EITHER...so is this person expecting me to leave my kid in the car or what?. Two more customers where there and clearly got irritated at this blatant mistreatment. At this point, I did not give two dams about my appointment and left. Called the BBB from the car and filed a complaint and now I am taking this online.
WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.
WE WILL LET EVERYONE WE KNOW AND HAVE RECOMMENDED TO THAT PLACE TO STOP GOING.
TO THE OWNER: When your processes and paperwork get in the way of the customer experience, you need to rethink the way you do business. Not sure you know what type of business you are running, what is not is a financial institution or a mortgage company...they do not even ask for that much forms and paperwork. You are in the SERVICE business and accommodating your customers should be your ONLY and MAIN priority.

My visit to the salon and spa was a gift. I was totally amazed at the whole experience. Each person I spoke with was friendly and welcoming. Courtney did my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed. The manicure pedicure was relaxing and comfortable. The facial made my skin look and feel great and the massage was amazing. I will be a repeat client for sure
