We loved having you visit!

We were so sorry that Our Brand New System had failed in this way. We have moved to a new system that allows 'requests' for appointments. It took a while to find out exactly what had happened as this was a new problem that had not happened before. I was in a little shock because in twenty three years we have not had this particular problem. Her email that was a response to our offer of appointment at a different time was never confirmed by our office because her email went directly to the spam box. I have no idea how that happened. Meanwhile the day was booked up by others. The client was so angry with us in the few moments that we had together there was no time to figure out how to make her happy. If given a minute we would have asked what her schedule was for the rest of the week and brought people in on their days off to accomodate her. However, she exclaimed to us about lack of effort, ruining her vacation and then left the building very fast. I couldn't even speak to her as she was not allowing for us to work it out, I could not get a word in before she walked out. I feel awful for her, and our interaction. We are actually known for working things out with people as best as possible, that is why we have very good reviews and have been in business for twenty three years.
