You are the unicorn for being the first person to ever mention how clean my boat is in 13 years. OMG, that means the world to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hours I spend after trips getting eaten alive washing the boat in the dark or suffering in the blistering sun and heat to make sure my stage is perfect for the next show is a priority of mine. Especially during and after COVID. I am so grateful and thankful to have a few customers like you leave me reviews because it was worth praise. It means everything to me. It is what made my business successful in the early years when I was figuring this out. I encourage ALL of my customers to leave a review. Not every trip is my best trip. By far, conditions entirely out of my control affect how your experience plays out. How you prepare and what you understand is 50% of your success on my trips. I am so invested in my labor of love of making sure my crazy world and your world comes together cohesively for a play date on the ocean. This is my game I chose to play in life. It has never been more challenging to manage cost of operation, work with customers that have changed so much since I started doing this and an environment that so radical that there is no answer for any one question if you need a prediction for your trip. I can't get to emotionally caught up in this because there are too many opportunities to hurt my business vs. help it. It's happened. I don't manipulate this site or play the games that work in my favor. It's a game. I would get more reviews for these reasons in order: If there were flaws in my operation. Negative reviews come if I did a great job every trip. Luckily, they don't If I had a personality defect. If my boat was not in perfect pristine condition along with the most top oh the line equipment maintained to the highest standard that goes into your hands, I keep my rod/repair guy very busy. If I hassled each trip to write a review. It's your choice. When I travel, I lift up businesses that made my trip memorable or that proved their reputation that I personally researched on this site Trip Advisor. I understand what you are paying for. I understand. I can't afford to go fishing by myself on my own boat. That's never been a reality to consider until now. Every charter customer is a part of my life and my world. Every decision I make in my personal life is made according to my professional life. I have many customers that have become bast friends from many different places and walks of life. What i do is very special. What we do together is very special. The more you invest in me and your time with me, the more I put it into our trip together. It's funny sad I'm ranked #10 on TA. I'm at the dock running trips 300% more than most. How I manage my presence on here is passive. I could be top 3 if I played the game. Not interested because I'm running a real business in reality.
