Awesome Experience

Captain Stephen gave us an amazing tour. We saw lots of wildlife and the pod of frolicking dolphins by our boat was amazing to see in the wild. My husband and I highly recommend for couples and families. We had a great time! The beauty surrounding Naples waterways is breathtaking.

We booked an excursion for our sisters trip. We had an amazing time! Captain Stephen was a wonderful guide. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave us a great understanding of the area. We saw so many dolphins! A great time was had by all! We had a group of all adults but we would recommend the trip for people with children also. The boat has a wonderful canapy to keep you out of the direct sun but also provides great viewing for all ages.

we had booked a 2 hour excursion last night to see the sunset at sea and the dolphins /manatees and wildlife for 325 dollars...
we had put this money aside thinking of making the most beautiful excursion of our trip...
in the morning, when booking, we had asked if he was sure that we would see dolphins the captain replied "absolutely"
Result of our tour at 325 dollars: we stayed 2 hours in the channel doing the
tour of the houses of billionaires!! without ever going to sea! we saw the sunset (3 minutes) staying in the channel behind all the boats (which were going to sea)
we are extremely disappointed because this money could have made a magnificent excursion... your advertising was misleading!!

This review was left before they contacted me about their disappointment. I offered them a free wildlife tour and they took us up on it. Here is what I received from them after that tour: Good morning thank you very much for this tour this one was awesome!! your captain took his time to navigate to find the dolphins and we saw plenty of them!!!! our children were delighted!! then your captain made us discover a superb beach! we are happy today thank you so much we end our stay on a beautiful moment with the family Best regards demaeght me

Captain Stuart was a delight.
We had a birthday to celebrate. We decided on a sunset cruise with WWT.
Everyone enjoyed the trip. Captain Stuart was informative and fun. He made the extra effort to spend time with dolphins. We loved it! I would book with WWT again in a minute. Nice job!

Our group of six has been getting together annually for 7 years. One of the group members is new to Naples, and we met here this year. Included in our visit was a Sunset cruise with Captain Dan. It was a delightful experience. Beautiful tour of bay identifying birds and homes. Dolphin sightings and great conversation. Highly recommend!

Captain Enya Thrower is an asset to Naples Waterway and Wildlife Tours

My husband and I wanted to have my Mom see a Florida sunset on her birthday. We booked the pontoon boat. Upon arrival, It was pouring rain....we were early and it looked like it might clear by the departure time. My husband walked down to the pontoon boat to speak with the Captain to see if we should reschedule. After doing so, my husband returned to the car and we decide to give it a go! We are ALL so glad we went. Captain Enya was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure that my Mom had a great birthday sunset cruise. Captain Enya had her favorite station playing 101.1, taught us some things about the area that we had not known, explained what we would see with regard to a sunset after the rain and so much more! Captain Enya did not disappoint! The pontoon ride and the sunset was amazing. Captain Enya took photos, took time, and we just didn’t want the night to end! Picture perfect! We highly recommend Captain Enya and will be booking another pontoon trip soon. Thank you for the memories!

Not Worth the Investment

The boat was nice and clean, and the captain was nice. Unfortunately, we requested a shelling experience and received a nice boat ride. Our family was dropped off along a path in the middle of Keewaydin Island and left to find shells while the captain stayed with the boat. After about an hour walking along the coast, we found few shells, and other groups walking along the Island indicated that a much better shelling experience existed on the southern end of the Island. We returned to the boat with more than one hour left on our reservation and communicated the better shelling opportunity to the captain. Instead of looking for another place to seek shells with a young family, the captain took us on a slow tour of Port Royal to look at expensive real estate in Naples. Our family was disappointed in the experience and felt that our tour with other local shelling charters was far superior.

Great way to enjoy Naples’s Sunset

Sit back, relax and unwind... on a beautiful pontoon boat traveling around Naples Bay and canals. We took the sunset cruise and got to see the dolphins, sunset and pretty sights along the shore. It was nice to have a private tour with friends. Bring your own canned drinks and snacks, water provided.

Great Afternoon!!!

We have been on several tours on Naples Bay, and while they were enjoyable, this was by far the best! Captain Stuart was just great, very knowledgeable and so accommodating! We just loved that we could personalize the tour and choose our time. Being able to bring our own food and refreshments was a bonus. And we all thought the price was very reasonable! Would highly recommend this to anyone. Just a wonderful day!

Captain Steven gives a great tour!

We took the private sunset cruise and tour with Captain Steven, and we had the best time! Our captain is a very informative guide who told us so much about the Naples ecosystem, the history of how the marina area was made, and the local history of prominent families in the Port Royal area. It was fun and we came away learning new things. We had the captain to ourselves, so we could ask questions and have a dialogue about the topics covered. Of course, you can't compare the sunset in the Gulf of Mexico with anything. Just a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this private tour if you're in the area.
