There were 5 of us, all ladies and Brandon exemplified professionalism, patience and knowledge. I was expecting a live range experience and due to staff shortage, we did the simulation. It was a blast and Brandon really was on point. What a blast, without wasting the ammo. The place had a lounge with treats, coffee and water. I loved the system immensely. I would consider one for the home!!

Great Store. The staff is very professional. I have never been forced into buying anything. I don’t know what some people are talking about. Great place for the family. They take the time to go through everything. If you are someone who is afraid of guns, but want one, they help you. My daughter is one of these people. They showed her a dozen guns. We walked out without one. She make a decision when she is ready. No pressure whatsoever.

Worse place I have ever been in my life, very unprofessional staff and basically forced into purchasing a gun.
Pretty sure they also have a lady working there impersonating an ATF officer.
I really hope the owner understands how his employees treat his customers.

My competitive shooter wife and I came here to shoot on the live range, which unfortunately was closed due to staff shortage. No problem, we booked one of the "simulation rooms" (handgun) and had a great time. At first we thought it would be like a video game, which it was, but it had definite practical applications. There are many options to choose, from real-life situations to zombies. We enjoyed it so much we came back later that same day and booked another hour in a different simulation room (long gun).
The shop itself is big, well-stocked and clean with friendly staff. The simulation rooms have a sofa to take a break, and there is another lounge area outside the simulation rooms. The bathrooms were immaculate.
We come to Okeechobee frequently to shoot outdoor steel targets, we will definitely come back to Center Mass and book a simulation room. It's a great way to practice without burning through ammo.

I drive an hour each way to go to this range when I have a few within 15-20 minutes of my home. Love their range and a massive assortment of firearms. I have only seen more firearms than this online and it's not often at all. I have purchased a firearm from them as well and found the pricing in line with other shops locally. Their simulators rooms are pretty neat as well and made it easy for me to teach my wife the basics to shoot. She now has a .22 pistol and AR! My go to gunshop and range!

Best range I've ever been to. Learned to shoot here and got my CC through their course. Yes, they get busy and sometimes people feel ignored but they're the best in town - best in South Florida . They always do charity events and food drives for individuals and helpful causes in town. When was the last time Publix or Wal Mart or Home Depot or Ace did anything for anybody in Okeechobee? Center Mass are good people, so I say support them!

Well went a few days ago to the gun range. It was great set up and pricing is decent on pockets however the staff dealing with me and my brother were rude. Before actually getting in the range I was walking around looking at guns ( trying to buy) and asked a staffer a question and acted as if I was bothering him(he was just standing there) And didn’t want to answer anything.so I went to mikes guns and bought my two rifles there. Then yesterday called up on questions about ammo ( my phone is low voiced/messed up) and when I repeated my question I was told “ look I already told you “ . So I’ll be going to another local spot for my guns and ammo.

Buyer Beware! Recently purchased 2 boxes of ammo at Center Mass. Went to another range a couple days later to shoot. Upon inspection, it was reloaded ammo with various manufacturer's stamped on casing. Several failure to feed issues. There were Makarov shells mixed in with the third rate .380 reloads, as well as different calibers. One squib in the box. Finally received a refund on unused box, after I was cursed by store employees. They argued and were extremely rude. Other customers in the store were shaking their heads at the ridiculous treatment I received. A friend went with me to purchase a long gun.....but not after witnessing the treatment I received. Won't go back!

This place has many models of fire arms and more. From gun rental to a virtual range which I personally experienced, ammo, reloading equipment and a weekly newsletter. This place has it all!

The simulator rooms are awesome for kids to learn while having fun. You can rent guns to shoot before purchasing. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
