Friendly staff, electric carts had plenty of power for grown men, and the course was good. Pricing is very reasonable, all things considered. We had a great time.

Went with family visiting Orlando and had a poor experience. First, prices per race were significantly higher than other similar places on the area - Almost $50 per Race when you add the Registration Fees. The counter clerk was not on the best of moods and said that because they recently changed their systems, our active K1 membership would not be recognized and we would have to pay it again. I also had a Prepaid Race from another K1 location and because their system could not read other K1 franchise cards, it would not be honored. At the end we decided to explore a different Go Karts Place and had a great time at less than half the cost.

was on both tracks with teenagers and this one is sooo much better than Andretti !!!

This is a great course and the staff were friendly and seemed to be well-trained. It was our first time go-karting at a speedway that was as well designed as this. My dislike is that there are two or three “professional” go-karters, regular patrons with their own gloves and helmets, who clearly are there to win the race. That’s great, but when you team them with first-timers, it’s not fun. This was a $350 dollar activity for our family of five (1.5 hours) and our teenage kids did not enjoy being crashed into the sides repeatedly by some 40 something dude who then got angry when they held up his race because they had to get situated back on the course. There should be a better balance of ability. The professionals should go with the other professional racers. It didn’t feel very family friendly the way it was set up.

This location wouldn't accept our paid credits from another location that closed down due to pandemic. Track staff was cocky and short. Cars not the greatest. They let the hot shots ruin it for everyone else. Will not go back. There are better tracks/facilities in the area like Dezerland and the place next to Top Golf.

Fun go carting but bartender told me there was no tap water and had to buy bottled water at $3.00 each. As I was leaving a person in our group asked for water and he gave her a cup of water no charge.

These are legit racing go karts! So fun we visited twice! My husband and 14yo raced in the adult races & my 7yo raced the junior races and all had a blast! There are definitely more adults/teens than younger kids so be prepared to wait a little longer for the junior races as they try to wait until they have enough kids to actually race. We didn’t mind and didn’t wait very long on either visit. There’s a nice bar/lounge area with a full view of the track & tons of arcade games, a pool table and bowling lanes to keep you entertained while waiting. Facilities were very clean & well kept. Employees were kind and professional. We did have an issue on our 2nd visit with purchasing. I purchased our races online the morning of at approx 9:30a before to our visit but never received the confirmation e-mail that included the barcode that needed to be scanned when arriving even though the charges showed as a pending transaction at my financial institution. Upon arriving at approx 1:30p the front counter employee couldn’t locate my purchase so she asked a manager to help & he didn’t have any luck either. He even reached out to corporate with no luck in locating the purchase. The only option was to repurchase the races which I did since we were already on site. Later that evening, after we had long left, the initial purchase e-mail confirmation came through so I was charged 2x. I called the facility and was told to send an e-mail explaining what happened and request a refund of the initial purchase. I sent the email late on a Friday and received a response the following Monday stating they were processing the refund. Very pleased with the quick response and resolution. Will definitely return if we’re in the area.

St Patrick' day slow down.... We were in Orlando for spring break and decided to go GO Karting.. took my son 14 and my grandson 10 to the K1 in Orlando. since my grand son is on 58 inches tall, it was one of the few tracks where he was big enough for the faster karts. All the initial paperwork and front desk people were very good. To the RACE: So my son the 14 year old is in the #24 car and once he gets around to the starting line which is almost a lap from where they get the cars of out the pits... he is being passed by everyone and you can tell he is going so much slower... the whole 10 mins.. I'm kinda freaked out.. I just paid $100 for these two to have some fun here and I see he is like in the broken car or something.. So after the race the guy that runs the cars in the middle of the track.. Yeah you know the guy Joe Dirt with the pony tail.. He's like your kid hit the wall 3 times so i had to slow him to level 3 or something? I'm like, He never hit the wall, he was going slow the whole time. So much for a nice enjoying Go-Kart stay.. So we go out and find the Manager (Mike) and I'm like my son's car was broke or something.. WTF can you do for us.. Id like to just get a refund and go cuz that was the most miserable experience of a GO KART I have ever seen. Mind you he was going like 1/2 the speed of everyone else for 10 mins.. and he never did anything wrong.. Joe Dirt the pony tail guy was penalizing the wrong kid. So Mike is like arguing with me about my son hitting the railing.. I said he is 14.. why is is going to lie this other kid was driving like a manic.. You need to just refund me.. He said that is not our policy ... sorry.. I said while his has been a terrible time.. I can't believe I have to argue about this?? So they went one more time with one other person and it was ok and my son never hit and wall etc.. Just ridiculous to have to argue about this.. If he would have just said... Ok he needs to be careful maybe it wasn't him just have them go again. Instead of almost kicking us out of the building cuz my son was almost in tears over everyone accusing him of something he didn't do.. I was like you have that on video can we see him hitting the wall.. cuz i dont think he did.. he's like an honor roll kid and not a trouble maker. So after the next race my son said lets go this has been a TERRBILE TIME, EVERYONE ACCUSSSING ME OF SOMETHING I NEVER DID AND THEN THEY LET THE WILD KICK KEEP RUNNING INTO PEOPLE AND HITTING THE CURB EVER OTHER LAP. I'm a 23 year retired USAF Vet and I would expect more customer service help from MIKE the manager... We got the $50 new member special and I doubt we would ever come back just because we were treated like we did something wrong? Zero stars for the EXECTUION of the race and making our experience TERRBILE.

K1 Speed isn't your average go-karting experience. Prepared to go really fast and make tons of sharp turns as you race to have the fastest lap in the group. Think you got what it takes? Then driver... "Start your engine!!!"

"The best indoor karting in America" is beyond what I would call a stretch. The karts are busted, unable to take 2 of the 4 I drove during my "experience" into a corner without the whole kart shaking. Also, I understand the need to limit the speed of the karts to minimize damage or accident risk, but when that speed limit disproportionately affects certain karts and you are getting passed on straightaways, it is hard to call that racing. We were told it had to do with how we were entering/exiting curves or our line through them, but it was 100% because some karts were going faster than others. Thanks to the "global" speed limits enacted by K1. Very frustrating experience. Fun time but would not recommend if you are actually trying to race.
