Love this!!! Many times to disney and it was the first time to ride this. Did twice- once during the day and once at night. Do this one- it’s a good one !! (not the bad ones- got tired of hearing from kiddos- is this another bad one?)

Such a fun ride. You start off building your own car and it's a race so make sure to scan your magic band or card. Cool cars (chevy) to look at on the way out of the ride. It's all together a very fun experience. The store is nice. Plenty of gear for those that like chevy.
Definitely one of my favorite rides. Genie+ is a must. Lines get long quickly. Great times.

Localizado na Disney Epcot, World Discovery. Atração onde montamos um carro conceitual virtual e depois entramos em um carro com 6 lugares a mais de 100km/h com muitas curvas , subidas e descidas e no final da corrida conferimos a pontuação do nosso carro em relação a outros competidores. Após a corrida podemos testar nosso carro em uma pequena pista virtual. Uma das melhores atrações do parque.

Design your own car and take it for a spin around the test track. Great concept, and good thinking to get something to do while in line for the actual ride.
The ride itself is perfect if you like high speeds, but are not that into the big climbs and downhills of rollercoasters. It's not too intense, but enough for me to get that big smile on my face during the high speed part at the end.
Be aware of long lines, go directly here if you have it on your priority list.

A ride that let's you star off by building your own concept model car. You can briefly learn about aerodynamics, power, acceleration and control. After that you can "track test" your creation with up to speeds of 64 MPH. This is a popular ride, so you might want to have that in mind when planning your Epcot visit.

A fun ride that is probably a bit overhyped for what it is. That said, if the line is not long, then it is worth a run through. However, if their is any chance or rain, this ride gets delayed all the time and that can be for 30 minutes to all-day.

This is located on the northeast side of the lake and southeast of Spaceship Earth (the giant sphere). It is a very popular ride and so will have a long wait on most park visits. If you want to ride this, I would suggest getting a lightning Lane pass, going early, or doing a single rider. I have been successful with the single rider option on the last 3 visits. I have practically walked onto the ride since they use the single riders to fill the cars. If you wait in line, you will have a lot better option to build your car and see all the details in the building. You are placed in cars that have 2 rows of 3 seats each. Your car is taken through a series of tests and then out onto the outside of the building where your vehicle is sped up around the building. You exit and can view your picture and the performance of your vehicle design on a large screen. There are real vehicles that you can look at in a showroom atmosphere prior to leaving the building. I like this ride and recommend it for anybody at EPCOT wanting a fast thrill ride. Enjoy.

Great ride, its starts with a game to design your own car, which is “tested” in the actual attraction. The coolest part os when they take you out to the track, like a Nascar cool experience.

Test Track was our favorite Disney World Ride, period. That has since been eclipsed by Rise of the Resistance. But, still, this is an awesome ride and attraction, and we ride this multiple times during our visits.

How fast is this? What ride can it be compared to in any park?

It is different from other rides as there is a part at the beginning where you design your car, then you are seated in a 6 person vehicle and it goes on a test drive. Imagine teaching someone to drive with lots of stops and starts some hills and then some curves in a dark ride with neon and projections that show how well your car is doing.
The last part of the ride speeds up and goes out of the dark ride and it is fast but not G-Force fast, maybe 50-60 miles per hour around a very generous turn-circle. It feels about as fast as Thunder Mountain Railroad.

When did the ride change? Read some reviews that state it is jerky with sudden stops. We go in May, in our 60’s and 70’s, I have some mobility and neck issues. Would love to ride it as it looks great on you tube but a bit nervous about the impact on my body.
Any help in what the ride is like since changes would be most helpful. Thank you.

I have a shoulder injury and sometimes some of the rides can be a bit jerky. I did not find this to be difficult as it is not a side to side jerk just more like the kind of ride you might experience teaching someone how to drive.

We are in our 60’s & not at all into roller coasters, have a bit of neck issues. This sounds like a really fun ride, but curious if it’s too much like a roller coaster or would be a “ jerky” ride that would put pressure on the neck? Any advice is appreciated!!
