They expect a tip but can’t take your purse??

The lady at the check in was absolutely rude. They don’t allow you to get on the boat with a purse. I had a “wristlet” type purse just to hold my cash and card and she wouldn’t allow it. I found it funny they ask for tips at the end of the trip. How am I going to carry cash when all you allow is a towel?? Lol so funny to me. So, they received no tip. I had 50.00 on me to give, but since they would not allow it on me, I did not give them the tip. The parasailing was just ok. Had a better experience in Destin.

SCAM!!! Terrible!!!

This was a scam! We paid online for 2 banana boat rides. When we got to the hut the man was there said it would be 45 minutes. After waiting a hour, he proceeds to get on the jet ski and go out and sit in the ocean. We waited another hour at the hut and he never came in from the water. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They will take your money!

Do Not Reserve

Do not make reservations at this place. No one was at the place of business at time of reservation. No one answers the phone. Emails come back undeliverable. Cannot get a hold of business to even request a refund.

Bogus business, do not waste your time and money.

This was a scam, do not waste your time and money. I booked a banana boat ride for 5 and when I tried to call repeatedly to get more specific details in terms of time (the time
I had been given on the booking was 12 to 4pm) no one ever answered and the phone would repeatedly go to a full voice mail box. On the day of the boat ride we showed up at the stated location on Front Beach next to the Wyndham and their hit was deserted. We sat at the beach for a couple of hours and no one ever showed up and once again there was no one to answer our multiple calls. I spoke to someone at a neighboring beach hut business and was told that they have not been in operation for a while. This was yesterday. I sent an email to the address on their website to complain and request a refund and that was returned to me undelivered. Today I got an email from the same email address thanking us for “choosing to sale with them yesterday”, which of course was all part of the scam!!! I am going to report this to the BBB and I really hope that this company can be held accountable for this unethical practice.

Overall Good Experience

My family and I went parasailing for the first time a few weeks ago. I’d give Panama City Parasailing a 3.5/5. A few things to know: 1. They won’t allow you to take anything on the boat except a bottled water (or other beverage) and a towel. No phones, purses, bags, cameras, etc. 2. Don’t buy the pics. In my experience, they aren’t great and not worth the cost. 3. The guides we had weren’t very social. They spoke only a few words the entire time. However, they definitely knew what they were doing and did a great job at keeping everyone safe. 4. Schedule the 9am or 10am outing. It’s cheaper and not so hot. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the experience. Being up in the air and able to see the entire area was pretty amazing.

Great soaring flight!!

Was down for a few days with a family member and she wanted to try parasailing. I had parasailed many years ago and enjoyed it. What I did not enjoy years ago was the banana boat ride to reach the parasail boat. While some may think thats fun I did not. All of that said this company takes you by boat and delivers you to the parasailing boat, so boat to boat transfer. Loved that and it definitely made the experience much more pleasant. Thank you so much captain Jim for the professional experience we received. Will definitely be back to soar the sky’s over the beautiful Gulf waters again.
