We did a special event, which is a Christmas Light tour, and it was approximately 1 hour and $20 a person (well worth it). However, if you just go to their site, they have many different tours. They were very helpful via phone, email and when we got their personally. We had around 25 in our group, and everything went flawlessly.

The trip to Burnt Store Marina was from 9:30 - 2:30. And yes they serve cocktails.

Yes boats have ramps, call to confirm destination though. Cayo Costa and Burnt Store are good choices depending on mobility. Cabbage Key may be more challenging.

Yes there is, we enjoyed the sunset cruise on top deck then after we started heading back we came inside and had some wine. Nice relaxing ride. There were some small children on board they just wanted to run around so I probably would not waste money with little ones.
