Hi, I have been going to this spa for about 3 years. I have never been disappointed! Melissa Mason is a professional and highly skilled masseuse, Nathan is wonderful, as well. For a facial, I highly recommend Tatiana. She is the best esthetician I have come across in the area.

While visiting, I had a relaxing one hour massage. I highly recommend this spa. Staff and therapist were both very professional. Relaxing atmosphere and clean. Definitely worth the visit.

You feel relaxed when walking in the door, even before my massage! Such a beautiful experience. Thank you Spa One! You came highly recommended from the front desk girl at the Four Points where we were staying and she was right! I am Brandon’s wife and he treated me to a massage by Brenda. So happy I came!!

I have a package of six treatments and have had one in Dec next one tomorrow 1/4/2018. this is a top notch business, they call you to, very pleasantly, remind you of your apt. which I need... two people at the front desk so no waiting around, the front area has high end cosmetics and skin care products etc. The nail and pedi room is separate and private, the hair dressing area is very large and attractive with its own separate waiting area..also there are several separate rooms along a long hallway for massages and face and body care, one of the rooms is a beautiful waiting room with flavored water, cookies, tea and a huge glass door that looks out to a garden area. It's very quiet, clean, and relaxing, I highly recommend!!

I will be contacting BBB and as well downtown commerce, cosmetology board about treatment! Following my review of how unprofessional and rude. Never will any of my friends will spend one more dime in this place!!

I had a pedicure there today and only a few hours later, after the lotion has completely absorbed, my feet are rough again.
They were not bad to begin with but it's sad that $55 later they are well painted but no softer.
Some may say, 'Did you mention it at the time?' But really, how can you know when your feet are covered in lotion?
A 40min, $55 pedicure should at least get you soft feet. No?

Arrival at 9 am for spa services all morning! I'm excited as this was my christmas present from my husband and I also had a gift certificate in hand for a free massage that I scheduled for 11 am. My hair stylist was Fantastic, he gets his own rating of 5 STARS, however he isn't an employee there- he rents space... So lets talk about the employees...
Greeted by Melissa- WOW- Meanest receptionist I have ever come across. I personally thought, maybe its just because its early on a Monday, but nope this lady needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. I can't believe how rude she was to callers and to me. She literally rolled her eyes as I was discussing the mornings schedule with her... and might I add this was my first visit for the stylist and for the spa.
Followed up by Maggie, Maggie is saving this reveiw from being a TERRIBLE rating. She's does the facials and massages. She understood the fact that their was a scheduling issue and that what I was having done to my hair was taking longer than expected. She went above and beyond to get the services I had with her done even though I was wearing foils in my hair.
Now moving closer to 11 am, and my massage is scheduled and we're clearly running behind and it will need rescheduled, changed to a shorter massage length of time or some other solution. Here's my issue, I don't know why their scheduling issue became MY problem.
The other receptionist, possibly owner, walked up to me while still getting my hair done- almost finished- like she expected me to solve their scheduling issue. Then Upon checkout she not only was extremely rude to me (expecting me to pay the massage therapist) she also states to me that she will not honor the gift certificate I had.
This lady was SO RUDE with this HUGE ENTITLEMENT attitude-- this lady has cost this day spa, ALL OF MY BUSINESS, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and nor will I ever go back. Sadly, for them, I used to spend several thousand a year on spa services.
I do recommend Maggie for facials but hope she is smart enough to leave on her own and go somewhere else. Everyone knows hairstylists, and day spas are generally slow and relaxing.... This place is an expensive day spa that doesn't know how to be polite to their customers. I do not recommend spending your money or time here.

My girlfriend had a facial and I had a pedicure. She loved it as she had never had one before. The girl who did my pedicure was very professional and did a great job.
The building itself was a surprise as it didn't look that large from the street. The back rooms were quiet and relaxing. The spa waiting area was very comfortable and had a quaint little deck to sit on.
I felt the rates were quite reasonable and would highly recommend it.

I have been going to spa one day spa for over 1year, their has never been a moment of displeasure. I walk in their and the moment I step over the threshold I feel stress free.All the baggage is left right at the entrance. I consider myself a strong empowering woman. And spa one day spa is my home away from home.Thank you
